I have for sure been slacking on my oil page lately but now that I only have ONE midterm left, I feel like I can breathe and finally focus on something other than school work (though it’s never over until the semester is). My midterms have been HARD and let me tell you, having them all online was not as easy as I thought it was going to be. After 6 case briefs, 4 full midterms, and a 57 page appellate brief, I am (almost) HALFWAY DONE!! 😅

I fully do not think I would’ve survived this semester so far if it weren’t for these two oils. They have been a definite must have lately. Anyone else have that one (or two) thing(s) that they just can’t live without?? 👇🏻

Midterms are coming up and let me tell y’all, I have never felt so prepared yet so unprepared at the same time. My classes have been a HUGE struggle online and I find myself terrified of failure. Tonight, I sat back a realized that there’s no reason to be as worried as I am. I’ve been studying hard, staying up on all of my school work, all while running my own business and working a part time job. I’m confident that I’m going to do well, though sometimes (more often than I’d like to admit) I plant seeds of self doubt instead of encouraging myself. This is not to say I’m not struggling HARD, because trust me, I am. Juggling all of this isn’t easy, but the things that are worth the most are never easy.

I think that this is something that we all need to work on. Uplifting not only each other, but ourselves as well. I do this best by grabbing the biggest assignment I have, my favorite oils (peace and calming and valor for those wondering), my favorite oil roller, and my favorite English tea and really focusing on the task at hand. Sometimes you just have to have faith in yourself and be confident that you are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for 🦋

Instead of my normal NingXia recipe, I used 1 can of NingXia ZYNG, 3 oz NingXia Red, 4 drops orange vitality, and 4 drops lime vitality 🤤

Today’s mood booster: peppermint chamomile tea 🤤

My nana, being from England used to make me tea whenever she made her own. My favorite tea she used to make (and it wasn’t often that she made this) was fresh peppermint chamomile tea. I opted for using 2 drops of peppermint vitality instead of fresh peppermint, one of her chamomile tea bags, and 2 tablespoons of organic honey I got from my uncle😋

Chamomile (normally used for sleep) helps me keep focused while working on classes all day, Peppermint Vitality to help with the headaches I get from staring at my computer all day (zoom kinda sucks), and finally I use honey for taste (this particular recipe is a lot less than what I normally use🙈)

Crystals and Oils🌞

Citrine: the crystal of abundance. This crystal is also said to promote creativity and self confidence. I paired this crystal the KidScents oil Geneyus (which is good for the Nervous System and Emotional Balance) and Bergamot (which is good for Depression and Physical Stress).

Amethyst: the crystal of peace, stability, and calm. This crystal is also said to block stress, helps with decision making, and encourages inner strength. I paired this crystal with my all time favorite oil, Valor (which is used to empower physical and spiritual bodies).

Rose Quartz: the crystal of love. This stoke is said to strengthen the physical spirit and encourage self-love and inner peace. I paired this oil with Bergamot (which is good for Depression and Physical Stress), Lemon (good for depression, grief/ sorrow, and is uplifting), and Orange (which is good for anxiety and is both calming and uplifting).
