Marape Government destroyed the Sacred Financial Institution of our country the Central Bank (BPNG).
Marape Government against the advise of the BPNG Governor went ahead and Amending the Central Bank Act and started Printing Money.
BPNG Governor Loi Bakani was pressured to resign after, now I heard rumors that the newly appointed Governor as also handed in his resignation.
What the hell is happening to our Independent and Sacred Monetary Institution? It should be independent free from Political Influence.
Inflation is hitting this country, prices of goods and services will continue as a direct result of Marape Government's money printing spree that's absolute stupidity and carelessness shown by the PM.
For any country to fall or progress it's starts with its Economy by destroying the Independence and Brains of our Central Bank , Marape Government is literally killing and destroying this beautiful nation Papua New Guinea.
Your vote is Sacred don't sell your vote you're selling your birthright and your prosperous future away.
This country will not survive another five years of Marape 's leadership so vote wisely never ever vote for any PANGU Party Candidates you might send Marape in as PM again.
I pray for Forgiveness if I have offended any of our country men and women and ask God for blessing this country with good leaders in 2022NGE. Amen

Papua New Guinea must undertake serious economic reform under the tutelage of leaders and statesman who are concerned about the people and not these conniving imposters who have used their position of privelege to fill their pockets by stealing from the people.

Remove all the members of parliament at the polls and replace them with honest man and women who will dedicate their time and effort to take back our country from these conman.

MY NEW YEARS MESSAGE TO THE PEOPLE OF SIMBU ON THE FIRST DAY OF 2022.

Our people are suffering from a lack of government services in all sectors because of poor leadership.

From the days of Kondom Agaundo down to the days of Imbakey Okuk , we have always led from the front , however , for the last 40 years we had to settle with second best as our leaders allowed others to lead them and we have all been led astray.

Michael Thomas Somare came back to power in 2002 and continued in office untill 2011 and he was thrown out by Peter Oneill , who remained in office untill 2019 when he was replaced by James Marape , who will lead us into the 2022 general elections.

From 2002 untill now the Somare government threw the nation into chaos with corruption and wantok system , which has been worsened by Peter O'neill and James Marape as they castigated the rule of law into the abyss and participated in corruption which has forced the nation into bankruptcy.

As Simbus we must unite and work together to save our people , our province and our nation and the only way to do that is to choose statesman and not politicians to lead the people.

I hereby appeal to the people of Simbu to rise up to take the lead from the rest of the nation who have proven incapable of leading our people and nation by avoiding the indulgence of petty politics for self gain, and therefore call upon all you Simbus to work with me to rescue the nation from these greedy and corrupt leaders who are using the powers of government to enrich themselves.

I will nominate for the Simbu Governors ( Regional ) seat in 2022 and call upon all you young man and woman who are contemplating to run to step down and co - operate by supporting the cause to restore the the rule of law and good governance to set our country on track again.

Let us be responsible by making sacrifices for our people and nation.

We dont need to fight each other to benefit others who have exploited us over the past years.

LET US ALL WORK TOGETHER TO PROVIDE SOUND LEADERSHIP FOR OUR PEOPLE AND PAPUA NEW GUINEA.

John Endemongo Kua.
Candidate for prime minister in 2022.

MEDIA RELEASE ON... NO JAB NO JOB POLICY

SOURCE: OMBUDSMAN COMMISSION OFFICE

The “No Jab, No Job” move by the private sector has prompted the Ombudsman Commission to call on the private sector to act with caution when it comes to the constitutional rights of citizens regarding mandatory vaccination imposed by private sector.

The Ombudsman Commission has noted with concern that more and more organisations, especially the private sector, have imposed No Jab, No Job policies in their workplaces which borders on the rights of citizens who have chosen not to be vaccinated.

“Whilst the Commission is mindful of the private sector’s rights and obligation to protect their businesses, we urge them to come up with arrangements that does not infringe on people’s right to choose. People must have a choice and that choice must not be taken away from them,” said the Chief Ombudsman Richard Pagen.

The Commission is urging the private sector to explore all possible avenues to protect the rights of employees who choose not to take the vaccine.

The Ombudsman Commission does not have jurisdiction over the private sector, but as a supervisor of public administration, it is committed to the protection of constitutional rights of the citizens of the Country. And even though it (the Ombudsman Commission) does not have a specific mandate on human rights enforcement, it however has the mandate to inquire into matters of discrimination pursuant to Section 218 (b) and Section 219 (1) (c) of the Constitution.

This anti-discrimination and equal opportunity jurisdiction is an added source of the mandate that gives the Ombudsman Commission the responsibility to supervise the enforcement of these constitutional rights which falls squarely within its general jurisdiction.

Hence, the Ombudsman Commission maintains that it is important to prevent discrimination happening to the citizens of Papua New Guinea in relation to the COVID 19 vaccine mandates.

The Commission is also calling on relevant government authorities dealing with private companies and entities to ensure that they are aware of their actions when it comes to people’s right and freedoms.

“The Ombudsman Commission is fully aware that PNG is a signatory to several core Human Rights Treaties and that it’s National Constitution is very unique that it almost contains all the rights and freedoms enshrined in the United Nations Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. As a signatory to these UN Human Rights Treaties and Conventions, we as a Country have an obligation to assist our citizens to ensure that their rights and freedoms are not taken away and that their choices are respected”, said the Chief Ombudsman

The Ombudsman Commission urges all who have been affected by the vaccine mandates or have been treated unfairly at work to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman Commission.
