My stay in Italy for more than 3 decades has made me inspired to do it all back here at home.
I found out that inspite of the lack of the real italian ingredients, I was able to remain to stuck with the real authentic italian taste.

These were some of those ordered and delivered.

I can't but promise that real Italian taste.

During summer time in Italy, specially in a restaurant that caters fish and sea foods this but just a very requested recipe.

Si sente l'odore dal mare solo guardando questo piatto.

I've been cooking all my life
Sometimes, you need to Invent something to get away from the usual eating and menu or the classic recipes you have every day.

So, this one got me at the last moment, using all the ingredients Infront of me

Beefsteak done in 3 mins.and add fresh mushrooms at the last moment.

This was a fine lunch with Raffy De Filippis

Foccacia bread
This is something I've never done when I was in Milan, since you can buy it easily anywhere else.
I followed the video from fatto in casa, and
I have my home made foccacia

Cooking lasagna is easy knowing you can have all your necessary ingredients infront of you.
Thirty four years in Milan, the real and better taste of lasagna that you can have.

I'm now entering into another dimension of my senior years and cooking is always an easy task for me.
This time, I'm but far of reach to all the original ingredients and I asked my self, how can I do it without the original Ingredients.?
I started with lasagna sheet... I made it my self, real fresh ones!
My sauce? Local produce and ingredients but with the same process as they do in Italy.
Long but slow cooking of "RAGU" as they call it by Italians.
Yes... that makes my fresh lasagna real.good.

The orders poured until the eve of Christmas eve... and I hope that It will keep coming.

Try mine and i can only promise the real authentic italian taste.

My roast pork
With natural sauce composed of 3 simple ingredients
Carrots, celery and onion.

Cooking the original arrosto the italian way needs time.
With a slow fire, you can have the final product of a very good arrosto di maiale in 2hours.
A very crunchy and fresh salad can combine this first plate.
Potatoes in oven could be the best side dish too.
