Seventeen years ago, I had no understanding of mental health. I wasn’t a doctor, psychologist, or counselor. But life had other plans. Along the way, mental health became a central focus of my journey. Through countless mistakes, moments of learning, and unlearning, I discovered how to manage things in healthier, more meaningful ways.
Today, it fills my heart with gratitude to be able to share those lessons and support others on their path to healing.

A couple of years ago, I connected with a small orphanage for girls who had suffered abuse. Hearing their stories broke my heart, and the sorrow stayed with me for weeks.
One day, I asked the sister in charge of the institution, “How do you manage it? How can you handle this?” Her response blew my mind.
“When these girls come to us, they are in a devastating state,” she said. “Doctors give them medicine, but do you know what works more than anything else?
