𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 💙

I remember, it was one pleasant afternoon at Starbucks with friends. We were sharing plans and ideas about starting up a business. You see, when you become an adult, you tend to think about your future. What is it that you want to do? What it is th at you are passionate about? What is your heart's ultimate desire?

My good friend proposed the idea of perfume. I wasn't cool about it since I would like something that would give me a daily source of income. I was suggesting a food business perhaps . However, I realized, I cannot go back to food business. As a Manager, I don't think I will have the luxury of time for that. So, think, think, think...Until I said yes to perfume! Well, simply because it would take years before it would get spoiled. And who wouldn't want to smell good? I love perfume. So why not?

Countless trial and errors. I had to enroll in perfume making classes. But even so, I still cannot perfect it. You see, perfume is an art. You need to find the perfect mix, the perfect balance. So, I kept learning. I kept paying and spending. Not to mention the countless frustrations in R & D.

Fast forward to releasing. The first G Factor Fragrance bottles were displayed at the Bacolod Showroom. For weeks of posting on social media, one person probably got curious and went to buy 1 bottle. I got contacted by the kind Showroom people. I got a sale! It's one bottle of perfume. But trust me I was already very happy that time. At least. Someone liked it. 😄

Today, I can no longer count the number of bottles that was bought by many of you. I am very GRATEFUL to my Distributors and Resellers. Some were gone. I understand. Some stayed and kept the same GRIT and PASSION of selling G Factor products. We're growing.

You see it's NEVER perfect. There are still many rooms to improve. There are still things that need modification. I always ask honest feedback. I seek improvement.

I believe I will get there.I know, in time, in His perfect time, I will surely get there.

On my 2nd Year of doing this business, I learned that:

✅️ Strangers will be your first customers. Love them.
✅️ Big or small, they are blessings. Be Grateful.
✅️ Perfection is achieved from several failures. Keep learning. Keep growing.
✅️ Know your tribe. They are the people who believe in you. Keep them.
✅️ Trust the process. The Lord knows what is next. Be still.

We would like to congratulate Team Silay City Volleyball Team ( Dominador "Oking" Jison Memorial Elementary School ) for winning Silver Medal against the Bacolod Team (St. John's Institute) in today's Palarong Panlalawigan (Provincial Meet 2024).

The Silay City team players, Ena B Conahap and, Raiza Palencia were selected as Palarong Panlalawigan's Best Outside Hitter and Best Opposite Spiker.

The team's Trainer Reebe Mallorca , Coaches Hanzel Jimena Ty, Grace Jardeleza, and Ms. Dela Vega were proud to share the good news after today's match held at the Montalbo Gym, Bacolod City. Bacolod City (St. John's Institute) took home the Gold Medal.
