ITO ANG BEST INSURANCE ๐PARA SAYO๐
ITO ANG BEST INSURANCE ๐PARA SAYO๐
I met 3 Millennial clients.
Eto yung pinili nilang plans:
1๏ธโฃ Lifetime Life Insurance coverage with scheduled and guaranteed cash payouts at 5k a month
2๏ธโฃ Lifetime Health AND Life Insurance, also at 5k a month
3๏ธโฃ Health AND Life Insurance pero short-term coverage, at around 10k a YEAR.
โ
PWEDE PALANG MAGKAIBA ANG COVERAGE FOR THE SAME PRICE?
โ
MERON PALANG MURANG INSURANCE OPTION?
For this video, let's debunk these misconceptions. Pwede kasi na...
โจ Same age
โจ Same budget
Pero si 1๏ธโฃ merong preexisting medical condition making her ineligible for a Health Insurance kaya i-ffocus nalang ang budget sa Life Insurance coverage na may kasamang cashback
Eto naman si 2๏ธโฃ both parents died before 60 due to Critical Illness.
At si 3๏ธโฃ meron ng existing permanent insurance coverage, at gusto ng additional coverage for a low price point in the next 10 years lang - kasabay ng housing loan nya.
๐ Ito po ang trabaho ng isang Financial Advisor, ang kilalanin ka, ang alamin ang needs and goals mo, at i-balance ang budget mo sa coverage na kailangan mo at kaya mo AT THE MOMENT.
๐ As an FA, ito ang pina-practice ko. I show my clients the possibilities, pros and cons of each: Term, Permanent and VUL policies. And in the end, they CHOOSE what they think is BEST for them.

๐ท Options for CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE โ๏ธ
๐ท CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE โ๏ธ
If you wanna know what I got for myself, watch until the end of the video!
โ ๏ธ WARNING โ ๏ธ
Mahaba tong video, kasi I'll be sharing 3 TYPES of CI Insurance: Term, VUL, and Permanent/Whole-life Insurance.
--
1๏ธโฃ Sun LifeAssure / Term Insurance
โ๏ธ 36 Critical Illness/surgeries OR Life insurance
โ
On a budget ka, pero ang gusto mo ay MATAAS na coverage.
โ
Kung ang target mo ay short-term coverage, to match a temporary financial obligation. When the need ends, there is a chance that you might terminate the insurance. e.g. Pagkatapos ng car/housing loan mo, or pag nakagraduate na si bunso.
๐ฃ Renewable until 70y.o. only, so it might not be the best option if youโre looking to address your permanent insurance needs.
--
2๏ธโฃ Sun MaxiLink100 / Regular Pay VUL (Insurance w/ Investment)
โ๏ธ 36 Critical Illnesses/surgeries AND life insurance
โ
High Critical Illness coverage
โ
If you want control over your insurance coverage. For this type of policy: It's possible to add/remove/adjust benefits in the future including Critical Illness, Hospital Income, Maternity, Accident-related benefits, etc.
๐ฃ Dahil "Regular-pay" ito, ibig sabihin continuous ang payment KUNG gusto mo na continuous din ang coverage mo.
โจ However, you have the option naman to PAUSE paying your premiums IF the fund value is enough to pay for the recurring insurance charges.
๐ฃ I would suggest this IF: (1) your primary focus is INSURANCE PROTECTION at secondary nalang si investment returns. (2) you understand that LIKE TERM INSURANCE, regular payment ang plan na ito, ang pinagkaiba lang, the moment you decide to terminate the policy, meron ka pang fund value na aasahan, compared to term where there is none.

3๏ธโฃ Sun Fit & Well Advantage / Permanent Insurance
โ๏ธ 114 Minor and Major Critical Illnesses/surgeries OR life insurance until 100y.o.
โ๏ธ Add'l coverage for: Specific cancer conditions, home recovery and pal
I don't regret choosing it as my first bank! I appreciate it even more today bc of GCash/Maya free cash-ins ๐คฃ
Beginner Investing: Mutual Funds/UITFs explained
Beginner Investing: Mutual Funds/UITF ๐
โ
Low-cost investment
โ
Risk profile: Low to High (you can switch funds later)
โ
Minimal monitoring
โ
Mobile-app features: adding more capital, transferring to a different fund, and redeeming of investments
Mutual Fund/UITF are examples of pooled funds. Nag-iiba ang tawag depende kung sino ang nag offer nito.
Mutual Fund = Investment Companies under SEC
UITF = Banks/Trust Corporations under BSP
Think of it as a basket with different assets like:
๐๐ป Stocks - shares in the ownership of private corporations; sa stocks, inaantay natin itong mag-appreciate in value para maibenta at a higher price sa stock market; some stocks also pay dividends
๐๐ป Bonds - in short ay โUtangโ; kagaya ng mga personal loans natin, we are required to pay fixed interest sa inutangan natin. Sa bonds, borrowers (private or government institutions) issue bonds to raise money from investors (like YOU) with a promise to pay back with interest at a specific maturity date.
๐๐ป Combination of both
Some funds focus on a specific businesses like Technology, Consumer Trends, Health Care, Financials, SDGs and more!
๐ FUND PROVIDERS IโVE TRIED SO FAR
