This year, with the collaboration of GAS Society and HUMSS Society implementing the TSINELAS MO, SAGOT KO NGAYONG PASKO 2.0.

🌟 Nature of the Activity: Parol Making Contest

🌟 Name of the Activity: STAR ng PASKO: Maningning na Kapaskuhan Tungo sa Nagkakaisang Humanista

📅 Date: November 29-December 2, 2023

📍 Venue: Classrooms/HUMSS Building

👥 Person/s Involved: HUMSS Grade 11/HUMSS Grade 12 HUMSS SOCIETY Officers/Adviser and Co-Adviser HUMSS Faculty/Advisers HUMSS Master Teachers

📜 Guidelines and Mechanics:

1️⃣ All sections in HUMSS Grade 11 and 12 will submit one entry.

2️⃣ Size of the lanterns should be 3 feet by height and width.

3️⃣ Lantern should be made from indigenous or recycled materials. 🌿

4️⃣ Lantern should be hand-made. No commercially made lantern should be entered in the contest.

5️⃣ All lantern entries will be hung on the windows of each section. Each classroom will have 2 lantern entry, left side will be for G11 and right side will be for Grade 12.

6️⃣ One winner for Grade 11 and Grade 12 will be declared respectively.

⏰ Time Frame of the Contest:

📌 November 29, 2023 - Hanging of Lantern

📌 December 2, 2023 - Initial Judging

📌 December 4, 2023 - Final Judging

🏆 Criteria for Judging:

Creativity and Originality :30 points

Workmanship and Durability 20 points

Earth-Friendly : 25 points

Symbolism : 25 points

Total Points : 100 points

📣 Announcement of Winners:

1️⃣ The decisions of the judges will be final and irrevocable

3️⃣ Certificate of Recognition will be given to section winners
