WITH THIS, PURSUANT TO PROCLAMATION NO. 258, MALACAÑANG DECLARES 28 JUNE 2023 AS A REGULAR HOLIDAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY IN OBSERVANCE OF EID’L ADHA (FEAST OF SACRIFICE).

UNDER LABOR ADVISORY NO. 14, SERIES OF 2023, THE FOLLOWING RULES FOR PAY SHALL APPLY ON JUNE 28, 2023

FOR EMPLOYEES WHO DID NOT WORK – Basic wage x 100%
(Provided that the employees report to work or on leave of absence with pay on the day immediately preceding the regular holiday. When the day immediately preceding the regular holiday is a non-working day in the establishment or the scheduled rest day of the employees, they shall be entitled to holiday pay if they worked or were on leave of absence with pay on the day immediately preceding the non-working day or rest day.)

FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED – Basic wage x 200%

FOR EMPLOYEES WHO RENDERED OVERTIME WORK – Hourly rate of the basic wage x 200% x 130% x number of hours worked

FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED ON A REST DAY – Basic wage x 200% x 130%

FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED OVERTIME ON A REST DAY – Hourly rate of the basic wage x 200% x 130% x 130% x number of hours worked.

With this, pursuant to Proclamation No. 90, s. 2022, Malacañang declares 12 June 2023 as a regular holiday to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Philippine Independence.

Under Labor Advisory No. 13, Series of 2023, the following rules for pay shall apply on June 12, 2023
