Kaming mga legit business owner, nagrerequire kami ng Nonrefundable deposit or downpayment para masecure na kukunin ng guests ung unit, kasi kapg last minute nagcancel kami ang kawawa, imbes naibigay namin sa ibang mga guests na willing talaga kunin ung unit.

Itong guests na to- 2 units pa ang pnabook, pinagbgyan ko na upon arrival na magbayad.since sabi nasa baguio namam na at nagaayos lang ng gamit to check out sa current location nila. minessage ko pa kayo ng around 1:30pm na pwede na ung unit. pero hanggang alas 5 maglalast minute cancel kayo, sana man lang consideration sa mga LEGIT na nagnenegosyo, nagsabi ka sana agad nung mas maaga palang pra nabgay sa iba na willing kunin.

saka sa ibang guests eh, kung kayo ayaw nyo mascam, kami din na mga legit na nagbbusiness, ayaw dn namin ma-last minute cancel. Instead sana naibgay namin sa iba na willing kunin ang unit.

Beware po sa ibang mga hosts.
