1. Get an OATH appointment at online.prc.gov.ph and choose Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking (Status in your transaction will be TO ATTEND FACE-TO-FACE OATHTAKING. After the oathtaking, it will be tagged as ATTENDED if already attended or NO SHOW if absent).

2. Print the system-generated Oath Form with QR code (no need to sign and affix documentary stamp) as proof of appointment and present the same when buying the tickets on the dates and venue specified below.

3. On August 1, 2024, please be at the venue at 7:30AM. Submit the Oath Form with QR code and Oathtaking Ticket to the PRC personnel at the venue entrance.

2. For those who cannot attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking, online/virtual oathtaking will be scheduled after the conduct of all face-to-face mass oathtaking scheduled nationwide. Check FB Page https://www.facebook.com/prc.cordillera for future advisories.

1. Services for the registration of license will be available at the venue on August 1, 2024 (Thursday). Please have your online appointment immediately after the oathtaking ceremony to have your Professional ID Card released. Get any of the dates available in the system as there is no-same-day appointment but you will still be accommodated. You may also transact with us during our scheduled mobile services in the Cordillera.

2. Verify grades/ratings on PRC’s website https://online.prc.gov.ph/Verification using your Application Number.

3. CERTIFICATIONS OF RATING AND PASSING and authentications may be requested even before the scheduled mass oathtaking as long as you have your appointment. Submit the Order of Payment Form or Action Sheet and corresponding documentary stamps on your appointment date for the processing and issuance of your request.

For lost NOA, and/or with mismatched details (wrong name and date of birth), please proceed personally to the nearest PRC Office for the correction as instructed in the Online Appointment System. Correction should be done first prior to oath appointment and buying of tickets.

The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Baguio-Benguet-Mt. Province (BBMP) Chapter has successfully celebrated the fully-loaded 4th day Accountancy Week Celebration with the following activities:

1. PICPA sa Radyo- President Dr. Candido M. Perez was interviewed at 95.9 Big Sound FM on the Accountancy Profession;

2. A courtesy call to the Regional Director of BIR CAR;

3. A visit to SGV Baguio branch;

4. A visit to the SEC CAR with PICPA Northern Luzon Regional Council Senior Regional Director, Mr. Avelito T. Bautista; and

5. Bowling Sportsfest opened by SRD Avelito T. Bautista.

The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) will lead the celebration of the 2024 Accountancy Week on July 14 to 20, 2024 with the theme, "Values Above All”. The celebration will be co-sponsored by the Professional Regulatory Board of Accountancy, ACPACI, ACPAPP, GACPA, nACPAE, and PICPA Cooperative Committee.

As part of the weeklong celebration, we will hold a Fellowship Night dubbed as AWC Got Talent: Sing and Dance Production on July 19, 2024, Friday at 6:00 pm. The event will take place at the Marquee Tent of EDSA Shangri La Hotel, Mandaluyong City, and will be broadcasted virtually via Zoom. A key highlight of the evening will be a talent competition showcasing the skills of our officers and members from various AWC host organizations, along with a special performance by a guest artist. One of the competition's criteria includes fan votes from Zoom participants, which will play a crucial role in determining the winners.

In this regard, we would like to invite you and your officers and members to attend the event face to face or through zoom. Fellowship Night fee is P2700.00. The zoom entrance fee is P500.00 which also entitles you to one (1) free webinar, for CPD accreditation, that will be held sometime in September.

Your virtual presence at this event will also contribute towards meeting one of the GARCA criteria for selecting the Best in Chapter Accountancy Week Celebration Awardee, which requires at least ten (10) members from your chapter to participate virtually in the Fellowship Night. Day 3 of the 2024 Accountancy Week Celebration-

On the 3rd day of the 2024 Accountancy Week, PICPA BBMP's activities included visits to various government offices to highlight the importance of collaboration between the accountancy profession and public sector entities. This initiative aimed to enhance transparency, foster good governance, and promote the role of accountants in public service.

Officers of PICPA BBMP conducted simultaneous visits to the Mountain Province State Polytechnic Office (MPSPC) and to Public Practitioners of the Province of Mt. Province. Meanwhile, Officers in Baguio and Benguet first visit was at the Commission of Audit (COA) Benguet Province followed by a courtesy call to Hon. Governor Melchor Diclas of the Province of Benguet. Next stop was a visit to the Office of the Provincial Accountant of the Province of Benguet. Proceeded to visit the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Pico-Lamtang, La Trinidad, Benguet.

Next visit was to the Office of the City Accountant, Baguio City and the highlight was a courtesy call to the Office of the City Mayor, Hon. Benjamin "Benjie" B. Magalong, where an exchange of ideas was very fruitful and a learning one towards governance. "VALUES FOR ALL".

The recent exchange of ideas between CPAs and local government unit (LGU) heads highlighted the critical role of CPAs in supporting government operations and ensuring financial transparency. This event, organized by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), served as a platform for discussing various issues, including budget management, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of accounting standards in the public sector.

The dialogue emphasized the importance of collaboration between CPAs and LGU officials to enhance public financial management, improve service delivery, and ensure accountability. Explored innovative solutions to common challenges faced by LGUs, such as optimizing revenue generation and managing public funds effectively.

This initiative is part of PICPA's ongoing efforts to strengthen the relationship between the accounting profession and government bodies, fostering a more transparent and efficient public sector​.

PICPA BBMP's Day 2 Celebration of 2024 Accountancy Week Celebration via Leadership Training for BODs and Officers on Parliamentary Procedures and CPDAS.

PICPA BBMP has been actively engaging its Officers through various training sessions. On the 2nd day of the AWC, they organized a leadership training program aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of their BODs and Officers . This training is part of PICPA's ongoing efforts to provide professional development opportunities to them, ensuring they stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in accountancy and leadership.

PICPA BBMP's Opening Salvo for the 2024 Accountancy Week Celebration!!!

Day 1 - 14 July 2024

The PICPA BBMP's opening salvo for the Accountancy Week Celebration started with the sponsorship of a mass at St. Aloysius Parish Church-Saint Louis University and an oath taking of the FY 2024-2025 BODs and Committee Chairpersons and Members with Fr. Emery Ebumea Mwako, CICM, Parish Priest and Vice President for Mission and Indentity as the Inducting Officer. A Motorcade around the City of Baguio followed, ending at EcoLodge, Magsaysay Avenue where a fellowship between and among the officers was done. The fellowship meeting was conducted to foster camaraderie, strengthen professional relationships, and discuss important issues affecting the organization and its members.

These events highlight PICPA BBMP's dedication to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for accounting professionals in the region

No other than the Topnotcher, Ms. Nicole Aloy Gonzales, attended the testimonial dinner.
