Somebody is using our unit to scam tourists coming to Baguio. They send different pictures of a house which is mainly the cabin house of F16 to the guests but the address they give is Lot 16 which is us.
Please vigilant and do some background checking before giving a downpayment. Here are some tips to help you spot a scammer.

✅ If the unit is offering too good to be true discounts, cheap rates and other freebies. Take note, Camp john hay rates are usually higher than the rates outside.

✅ Usage of Gotyme account. Gotyme is a legit means of transferring payment but its hard to trackdown the person behind that account. Better to always ask for a bank account.

✅ If it’s possible, send a friend, relative or someone you know to do actual visit/occular inspection of the unit.
