Sharing this simple fish recipe na magkakaroon ka talaga ng FISH of mind after. 🕺🏽😝 Easy breezy kasi gawin e. ✅STEAMED POMPANO✅ Linisin ng Pompano at i-pat dry. Magslice ng parang hashtag sa both sides ng Pompano at lagyan ng asin ang buong isda. Lagyan ng julienned ginger, sliced onions and minced ginger sa loob ng belly ng isda. Magprepare ng aluminum foil (better if banana leaf) na kakasy ang pompano. Sa foil/banana leaf, lagyan ng luya, bawang, sibuyas at spring onions tapos ilagay ang pompano. Lagyan muli ng luya, bawang, sibuyas at spring onions. Ibalot na ang pompano at ilagay sa steamer. Pakuluan ang Isda for 30-40 mins. Make sure na may enough water sa pagssteam/pakulo.
