Our first online Community Sunday Mass for 2024 is a heartfelt expression of gratitude for all January celebrants and a dedicated time for the special intentions of our cherished community members. Additionally, we take a moment to honor the memory of our faithful departed, with a special remembrance for Rhea Prestoza Palma, the former Head of our SOLCC Youth in the Spirit of Love.
Drawing inspiration from today's Gospel, where Jesus posed the question to the disciples of John, "What are you looking for?" We find resonance in this inquiry as it echoes into our present lives. Jesus, in a parallel inquiry, asks us, "What are you looking for?" The depth of our response hinges on our understanding of the truth about God and ourselves. Are we in pursuit of material wealth, honor, or power, or are we earnestly seeking a profound and meaningful relationship with Jesus? This introspective query guides us in navigating our spiritual journey and discerning our true priorities.
