At Lolo Jimmy’s we take cleaning and sanitation seriously. We take our time to prepare our home in between guests. When someone checks out, no bookings are taken for that same day. We keep at least 1 day interval before check in and after check out. That’s one of the reasons why we have 2 nights minimum per stay. While the 4 nights maximum stay is based on the idea of keeping wear and tear of the property low with frequent care and maintenance. Here’s our calendar for February, PANAGBENGA month. In as much as we want to accommodate our guest’s requests, we can not allow more than 9 people in our home. We appreciate you for considering us but please follow the strict occupancy we have.
