I have a hard time sleeping on some days... or even months and even when I can get some sleep, I wouldn't call it quality sleep. Allow me to share a very personal story about a product (which I am NOT selling 😆) that has significantly helped me realize how to address a skin condition I've had since I was a child. I have atopic dermatitis or commonly known as eczema. It made me very self-conscious and I had to cover up all the time. Whenever I had flare-ups it was like a personal hell of non-stop mad scratching mania until the skin bled. I'm sure people who have the same condition can relate. Bottomline is it didn't look and feel good. I was already in my early 30s when I discovered SPIRULINA tablets. Three months and three bottles of spirulina tablets later, my skin has cleared and I felt so much better. I'm not saying it has cured my eczema, but it certainly made me realize I needed an alkaline diet --- plant-based, so I decided to become a vegetarian. Since then, my skin condition has greatly improved and I have not suffered from any more nightmarish flare-ups. I am also glad to say that I didn't depend on the tablets to control my eczema, as a matter of fact, I no longer take them (the brand of the ones I used to take was quite pricey!😜). If you or anyone you care about suffer from eczema, I highly recommend you try the tablets and be more conscious of what you eat. You don't have to become a vegetarian like me, I'm aware it's not for everyone, but at least eat more greens.

A cousin-in-law gave me a bar for Christmas. I loved it! It has a refreshing and energizing scent of lime and has a deodorizing property which is particularly good when you sweat a lot. It whitens too! But without the drying effect of kojic soap. The bar doesn't melt easily and if you use those cute mesh pouches for your soaps, this should go a long way!
