This year's Food Festival showcased the fusion of Cordillera classic cuisines into a restaurant-rated dishes prepared by chefs in this mountain resort. Our usual pinikpikan, kiniing, etag, pinuneg turned into other forms but retained it's distinct flavor were presented during the celebration. Thank you DOT - The Cordilleras for inviting us!
