We seek a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing Specialist to join our Cura Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing commercial properties, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
🔆 Market commercial properties for leasing.
🔆 Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants.
🔆 Show properties and negotiate lease terms.
🔆 Prepare and monitor lease documents and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
🔆 Prepare move-in/move-out paperwork and collect security deposits and rent payments.
🔆 Maintain tenant files and process tenant applications.
🔆 Act as coordinator to tenant requests promptly.

Experience and Qualifications:
✔ Must have relevant experience in property management and leasing
✔ Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills are required
✔ Ability to work independently and multitask is essential
✔ Strong computer literacy and basic mathematical understanding are necessary
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are vital
