I help counselors and therapists improve their social media presence through social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
This way, they can focus on growing other aspects of growing their practice to reach and help more clients.
Perfectionism.
To be honest, this has been a pattern Iโve struggled with in the past, where I get stuck because of my own perfectionist tendencies. I sometimes get caught up in the small details and lose sight of the whole picture, and that's when procrastination creeps in. ๐ฐ
I used to think "If I can't do it perfectly, I might as well not do it at all." And this mindset has cost me a lot of time and opportunities. ๐
Thankfully, with the help and support of my family, friends, and therapist, as well as the inspiration I get from my mentors and coaches, I'm able to keep unlearning these perfectionist tendencies and thought patterns, moving towards taking action, and accepting that mistakes are a part of the process and help us grow. ๐
So today, I'd like to encourage you: Donโt let perfectionism hold you back. ๐
โ
It's good to have high standards, but if you donโt take action, you canโt expect results. Only through taking action can you ever hope to achieve your goals and reach your potential. ๐ช

No act of kindness, now matter how small, s ever waster. โ Aesop
This World Kindness Day, I hope your day will be filled with meaningful interactions that help to remind you kind people still exist.
In return, take a moment to also reflect on how you can spread kindness to others, as well as to yourself. ๐ค

Optimizing your Instagram profile is actually a great way to make a good first impression! Which could then casual profile visitors into new followers. ๐
Here are 5 simple ways to do it:
๐ฑ Use a business or creator account.
- So your account can reach and be discovered by new audiences. (Canโt make a good impression if thereโs no one to impress. ๐) You'll also be able to track post insights and growth analytics!
๐ฑ Make your username catchy but relevant
- You can use the name of your practice or your name + specialization, or location. Keep it short if you can so itโs easy to remember.
๐ฑ Put your niche right next to your name.
- This helps your account appear on the search bar and allows people to know if you're what theyโre looking for.
๐ฑ State your offer and a call-to-action in your bio
- Briefly talk about who you want to help and how you can help them, to draw the attention of your target audience.
- Include a call-to-action like โDM meโ or โSchedule an Appointmentโ to invite people to engage with you.
๐ฑ Add a link to your website
- Include your website or links page so people can learn more about what you do or when and how they can reach you.
So straightforward and easy to do, yet thereโs so much to gain! ๐
ADDITIONAL TIP:
Curate your feed to attract profile visitors into following your account.
- It's important to have a well-planned IG feed, so people can easily figure out what your account is about. Plus points if you have a consistent visual aesthetic (including story highlights!), which can help show your being intentional on Instagram! ๐ค

Social media is a powerful tool for any business. However, deciding which social networks are right for your business is not an easy task.
It's actually a misconception that a brand must have a presence on every social network. Doing so takes a lot of time, effort, and resources, that you could end up overwhelmed or burnt out especially if you're just starting your business.
With so many social networks out there, it can be hard to decide which ones are right for you.
Hereโs a checklist of things to onsider to help you find out if a social media platform is right for your business (derived from LinkedIn Learning's "Social Media Marketing Foundations" with Brian Honigman.)

๐ Hey, everyone! I've been posting for a while and I realize I haven't really introduced myself yet. ๐
I'm Danielle, a 24-year old freelance social media manager from the Philippines whose mission is to help entrepreneurs, coaches, and real estate agents improve their social media presence.
I do this by providing:
โจ Branding
โจ Social Media Strategy
โจ Content Creation
โจ Graphic Design
โจ Engagements
I've always been passionate about creating things that provide new and valuable knowledge to other people.
From being a creative and publicity committee member in my college organizations to being a professional Social Studies teacher, and now a social media manager, I'm always motivated to learn new things as I design graphics and create content that helps my (clients') target audience learn new things as well.
One of the best things about being a freelance social media manager is that my partner client and I, along with our target audience grow together in one way or another. ๐
But enough about me. What about you? What's your name and what do you do?
Considering the amount of time you will be spending on social media, is very important to define your goals and measure them. This post will help you set some specific social media goals and track your progress with the right key metrics.
1. Build Brand Awareness
The amount of time people spend on social media makes it one of the best places for your business to build brand awareness. Getting people to know about your brand is important because it is the first step in leading your target audience towards availing of your products or services.
2. Increase Sales or Conversions
It's important to remember that engagements DO NOT EQUAL to sales. In order to turn engagements into conversions and increase sales, this goal must be taken into account when creating your social media strategy.
3. Build Engagement with Community
Remember goal #2? Building engagement is one way to convert those engagements into sales. Engaging with your target audience means building relationships with them, getting to know their needs, answering their questions, and providing useful information. Doing so will help you encourage them to get to know your brand, your products, and your services better which is a way of nurturing them to become leads and potential conversions.
4. Deliver Great Customer Service
Social media is where people often turn to vent about their problems or complaints. This makes it a great avenue to help customers who might be having any difficulties or inquiries about your products or services.
5. Lead Generation
Many businesses maximize the use of social media to obtain new qualified leads that they can turn into sales. One way to do this is by providing valuable information to serve as lead magnets that will get people to submit information, such as their name and email address, to your business.

โ
managing the account including posting updates

tracking analytics data.
Ultimately, social media managers recognize the importance of engaging online communities, creating interactive content, and introducing people to your products or services, to help you grow your brand and business.
