HB 64686 National Citizens Service Training Program at ibang mandatory ROTC Bills pasado na sa committee level.
Ayon sa mga probisyon, walang pinagkaiba ito sa mandatory ROTC dahil minamandato pa rin nito sumabak sa pagsasanay sa ilalim ng AFP.
Dagdag pahirap sa hanay ng mga estudyante, g**o, at magulang ang niraratsadang panukala at magpapailalim sa bulok at pyudal na sistema. Hinihimok nito ang pagpalehitimong pag pasok ng presensyang militar sa mga eskwelahan.
Dapat tutulan ng mga kabataan ito lalo na't inaapakan ito ang karapatan natin sa malayang edukasyon.
