𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) continually introduce enhancement of the civil registration services to the public through the Civil Registry System Information Technology Project Phase II (CRS-ITP2). The Quick Response (QR) Code is an additional security feature in PSA-issued civil registry documents (Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates), Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)/Advisory on Marriages and Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH)/Advisory on Deaths. The QR Code contains the basic information of the requested civil registry document/certification.

All civil registry documents/certifications issued at the Civil Registry System Outlets and BREQS accredited partners such as Local Government Units, and malls among others, already bears the QR Code, except those requested and issued through online channels such as PSA Serbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph), and PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph).

All clients are encouraged to scan the QR code in their requested civil registry documents and certifications through the PSA e-Verification Mobile App and validate the details contained in the QR Code. The offline mobile application is available free for download in the Google Play store and Apple App store.

Concerns on civil registry documents and certifications and other civil registration matters can be lodged at the nearest CRS Outlets in your locality.

In 2022, 7 percent of the total 5.4 Million employed persons in formal establishments with 20 or more workers were Older Workers or those with age group 50 to 65 years with Senior Citizen workers belong to this group.

This essential training is designed to equip PSA field personnel with the necessary skills in key concepts, field editing, and field operations strategies. The goal is to ensure that PSA conducts its surveys effectively, efficiently, and with high quality, ultimately resulting in accurate and reliable statistics. The trained personnel will then serve as trainers for subsequent training sessions related to the two surveys. Resource persons from the Department of Labor and Employment – Occupational Safety and Health Center and National Wages and Productivity Commission were also in attendance to provide guidance in their rider modules to the ISLE.

The 2024 OWS and 2023/2024 ISLE are biennial surveys conducted simultaneously that provided information on the wage differentials, employment, labor standards and industrial practices of formal establishments employing 10 or more workers which are essential for the development of effective policies and programs on labor and employment.

The field enumeration will start on 16 September 2024.
