Ang babae ay may Estrogen hormones na nakaka-apekto ng kanilang emotions.

Kaya after manganak pwedeng magkaroon ng postpartum depression o yung pagiging malungkot na connected sa pagbaba ng estrogen.

Nangyayari rin po monthly ang pagtaas baba ng estrogen ng babae.

Mga days before menstruation mababa rin ito kaya nagiging depressed or irritable then few days after mens, nagnonormalize na.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) ay common sa 90% ng mga babae, which starts after ovulation. To be exact day 14 after menstruation hangang day 28. Yan yung mga days na medyo irritable sila. Hormones pala akala ko dati may topak!

On the good side naman yung fertile sya like day 12, 13, 14 from menstruation, yun po yung in the mood sya. Masayahin. At yun yung gwapong gwapo sya sayo, so basically hormones niya ang cause nun, di ka talaga gumwapo. Hehehe

Kung pumalo na yung PMS, yan na yung sasabihin nilang “naiinis ako sayo, di ko lang alam bakit.”

Too sad many marriages have made wrong decisions to part ways, not even thinking that hormones played a role on all those none sense fights. Wag naman sana tayo sumali sa lista. Alam ko kaya natin, ang kawawa ang mga bata.

To be honest , kahit alam ko yan as a doctor, di ko talaga naapply in the first part of our marriage, so yun, daming pointless quarrels. But later thank God, the info in my brain finally went to my heart, then naintindihan ko na. Thats why im sharing it kasi it really helps

Think about this: What if 60 years old na tayo at wala na po trabaho, let’s say retired na talaga. BUT with God’s Grace, humaba ang buhay natin. Siyempre kailangan natin kumain di ba? So, ito na po ang computation. (Para pa lang po ito sa pagkain ha, wala pa ang ibang needs o hospitalization, o kaya ang pangarap natin na makapagtravel.) Idagdag pa natin ang mga bills etc.

Ayan na po ha, kaya kung makulit ako sa kakapost about pag-iipon, pasensya na po, para po ‘yon sa inyo. 😉💙

Steven Covey called it sharpening the saw. If you take a break to sharpen the blade, you will always cut more wood. The same applies to life.

My formula is Ritual, Rest, Rejuvenate, Reactivate. Repeat

1) Success comes when you perform ritual actions every day. Figure out what works and do it.

2) Running full-out all the time is not sustainable. You must stop and rest.

3) Resting allows your body and mind to rejuvenate and become healthy again.

4) When you are ready, it's time to reactive into action mode.

5) Repeat until you get what you want.

It's easier to cut more wood when you take a break to sharpen your saw. A walk in the park on a busy day counts too.
