✅2 valid id (government issued id)
✅Proof of billing ( any of the ff: utility bills or brgy clearance or contract of lease notarized)

💯REQUIREMENTS FOR MICROBIZ

✅Filled out application form
✅2 valid ID of the owner and representative
✅Proof of billing
✅Business permit / BRGY. Permit / DTI
✅Picture of the business office
✅3 specimen signature of both owner and representative

💰 TERMS OF PAYMENT 💰

✅1 month security deposit (ex. Plan 1500) pde magamit once mag pa terminate na ng contract
✅2500 ang installation fee. with 2 options

1. Onetime payment or Staggered payment.
If Onetime payment - installation fee initial payment for Plan1500 - 1500 + installation fee - 2500 = Php 4,000

2. Staggered payment, intial fee is Plan1500 + installationn fee of 3,000 will be divide in 24months total of of P125 will added on top MSF ex. Plan1500+125=1,625 payable in 24 mos For you to save 500 of installation fee i suggest to pay it outright.

Once processed and paid your deposit for your choice of plan we have 3-5 days to wait for installation.
