𝗠𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲:
✅ Edad 18 pataas
✅ May hustong tulog (7 oras o higit pa)
✅ Hindi naka inom ng alak (within 24 hours)
✅ Walang sintomas tulad ng lagnat, ubo o sipon
✅ Naka-1 taon na ang tattoo o bagong piercing

𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗱 :
❌ Edad 60 yrs old pataas.
❌ Mga bata edad 17 pababa.
❌ May mga malubhang sakit or iba pang mga karamdaman hindi kontrolado
❌ Mga buntis
❌ May sintomas tulad ng lagnat, ubo o sipon.

Bukod sa nakatulong ka na sa mga nangangailangan, makatatangap din ng libreng limang kilong (5kgs) bigas para sa mga matagumpay na donor. Salamat po!
