Last week we received tasty Specialty Coffee Beans from Maam and Sir William Sta Ana thank you so much po. They ask me to brew according to how it should be to get those notes from the label. According to Maam, she got these coffee from one of her trips. Single origin coffee from Market Lane Coffee Origin: Marimbus, Chapada, Diamantha, Brazil Variety: Arabica (Catuia Species) Process: Natural Elevation: not mentioned Roast: Espresso roast Notes: Milk chocolate, hazelnut, apricot The roast is supposedly good for an espresso machine but to highlight the notes I brew it on my Aeropress Go because it is a single origin coffee. Here's what i note: Medium Round creamy body and sweet, first note is milk chocolate, apricot and brown sugar aroma, habang lumalamig is yung hazelnut note.
