Ngayong National Kidney Month, pinapaalalahanan ang lahat na alagaan ang ating kidneys. Sa pagsunod sa pinggang pinoy at healthy diet, exercise, at pag-inom ng sapat ng tubig, maaaring maiwasan ang paglala ng sakit sa kidney. Kung ito’y maagang matutuklasan at magagamot, maaaring maiwasan ang malalang komplikasyon tulad ng dialysis.

Walang pinipiling panahon ang sakit na dengue, tag-ulan man o tag-araw! Huwag hayaan dumami ang lamok sa inyong lugar. Panatilihin ang kalinisan sa ating tahanan.

✅ Search and destroy mosquito breeding places tulad ng mga lumang gulong, paso, balde at drum
✅ Secure self-protection tulad ng pantalon, long sleeved na damit, at mosquito repellant
✅ Seek early consultation lalo na kung may sintomas ng dengue tulad ng mataas na lagnat at sakit ng kasu-kasuan, at pananakit ng likod ng mata
✅ Support fogging and spraying only in hotspot areas
✅ Sustain hydration lalo na kapag nilalagnat dahil sa dengue
