FAQ: What are the Amenities?
Our transient rooms are in a farm with wide open spaces and lots of trees. Each room is airconditioned, has its own CR with free toilet paper. Clean drinking water will be provided upon check in. We have ample parking, and we have a lighted basketball court.
There is a stove available for a small fee, and basic cooking utensils.

FAQ: Is a reservation fee required?
We recommend reserving the room so we can block it for you. The reservation fee is a minimal amount.
It is also ok to “walk-in” and not pay the reservation fee, but it will be on a first-come first-served basis and we cannot block the room for you. If there is another “walk-in” customer who arrives before you do, we will give the room to them, and will promptly inform you that the room is already occupied.
The reservation fee is not refundable, but is transferable to another available date.
