FROM A Q’s PERSPECTIVE *
The Q lodge was first established in Boracay Island in 2006. The lodge became synonymous with friendly , family oriented and affordable holiday accommodation . We were able to maintain a good reputation to our brand which is very significant and symbolic to us. Q Lodge is our mother’s pride and joy ! We made a lot of exciting memories, bittersweet it may seem until the government decided to rehabilitate the whole island in 2018, and followed by covid restrictions in 2020.
We also painstakingly waited , watched and endured in front of our eyes the demolition to a huge part of our property due to the city ordinance of road widening . But still, we have proven that we have a high tolerance to POSITIVE stress and resilience but will ultimately bounce back from difficult times .
We hold no grudge to govt. initiative of reclaiming the island’s former namesake to paradise because we are also committed to a sustainable tourism development in the island which is significant to the livelihood of local people and the next generation .
So…. After almost 6 years of waiting !!!
