A customer friend asked me how much it cost to make a chocomoist round cake

𝗠𝗲: For a simple cake depends on the size and details, 400 estimate depende pa yan kung gano kadetalye ang design.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Masyado namang mahal, tapos simple cake lng

𝗠𝗲: How much do you think it would cost you?

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 250php maximum... Madali lang naman yon diba?! Saka mura lang mga harina at asukal tapos bake lang.😁

𝗠𝗲: Ok, since magkakilala naman tayo pwede namang ikaw ang gumawa. 😉

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Pero hindi ako marunong magbake...😂

𝗠𝗲: For 100php tuturuan kita, nakasave ka pa ng 300php. You'll get the knowledge na kailangan mo. 😉

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: Sige, pwede na din.😁

𝗠𝗲: But to get started: May mga kailangan tayong gamit:

‌steamer(500-1500)
‌Stand mixer (200-300)
‌Turn table (200-00)
Refrigerator (10k-15k )
‌Baking tools like scraper, cake slicer, brush, measuring tools, mixing bowl, piping tip, piping bag, pans, cooler rack, wire whisk, spatula, sturdy working table, molder, cutters, plunger, tweezer (very hard to estimate)

‌Consumables like ingredients...APF, white sugar, butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, cream, cooking oil, food colors,cornstarch, cocoa powder, chocolate bar, sprinkles,(very hard to estimate)

Cake box, cake board, cake post, cello plastic, baking paper, tissue, stapler, tape, bioplastic,scissors, ribbon, acrylic toppers, candles ‌(very hard to estimate)
‌‌etc.

𝗠𝗲: Sure, nasa akin naman na yung ibang gamit, but for the ingredients, you'll need to buy it since sakto lang ang ingredients ko for my existing orders. And wait you'll need to find the exact brand, hindi pede un kung ano lang ang available, like sa butter and powdered sugar, may specific kaming ginagamit, pag wala kay supplier 1, hanap kay supplier 2, 3, 4 hanggang sa makita mo. Kaya pag wala sa bayan, pumupunta pa ko sa kabilang bayan.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: isang chocomoist cake lang tapos ganyan kadami need ko hanapin?😂

𝗠𝗲: Hindi pa kasama pamasahe mo dyan.

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿: 100sa turo, 200sa rent ng stuff, 100 na lang kulang para ikaw gumawa.😂 Konti nalang din naman ang idadagdag ikaw na pala gumawa.🙏
