Tricep Dips - 3 sets of 12 reps
Plank - 3 sets, hold for 30-60 seconds
Day 3 - Rest or Active Recovery
Day 4 - Glutes and Back:
Deadlifts - 4 sets of 8 reps
Pull-Ups or Assisted Pull-Ups - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Bent-Over Rows - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Hip Thrusts - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Seated Cable Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps
Day 5 - Upper Body Pull:
Barbell Rows - 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Lat Pulldowns - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated Dumbbell Rows - 3 sets of 10 reps
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 12 reps
Russian Twists - 3 sets, 20 reps each side
