To all our Beloved AXA clients 💓
This is our good news for you ☺️

Thank you AXA 💙

14/03/2020

To all my AXA clients,

So the market went crashing in the past few weeks. This has been a cause of concern to many along with the COVID-19 pandemic. So "what are its implications to our respective insurance/investment plans?"

1. For those with investments (Asset Master and AmbitionX) hold on to your investments. Our economy is geared to outlast this because our fundamentals are stronger than ever. Do not withdraw... Hold on to your funds... I also DON'T advice switching funds at this moment. Top up is okay if you have excess funds as fund prices are really low in both local and international indices and to rebalance the Portfolio.

2. For those with regular-pay VUL programs (Lifebasix, Axelerator, Retire Smart) your policy has a guaranteed amount whatever happens. Your Hospitalization and critical illness (if there's any), and death benefits are all guaranteed. Re the investment portion, now is a good time for additional top- ups to continue building up your fund value. And again, do not withdraw and do not switch funds.

3. For those with traditional plans (Assure, Healthmax, Health Start, Flexiprotect), don't mind the stock crash, your benefits are guaranteed.

4. For those Global Health Access (GHA) HMO (No limit and whichever hospital and doctor) and with Healthmax and Critical Illness Riders, we got your hospitalizations covered. We got your back.

5. For those who haven't started investing yet, consider this a great opportunity to start.

If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.

In times like this, (community quarantine, forced leaves, distant contact and such) your emergency fund is your first line of defense, make sure you have one.

Thank you.

What is a Paper Profit (Paper Loss)?
A paper profit or loss is an unrealized capital gain (or capital loss) in an investment. For a purchased long investment, it is the difference between the current price and the purchase price.

For a sold or short investment, it is the difference between the price when sold short and the current price. Paper profits or losses only become realized, or actual money profits or losses, when the investment position is closed.

————————————————————

To all my clients and co investors direct or indirect, VULs or through Financial Flatforms, It may be too cliche sounding, but we all know that in crisis like this is an opportunity for us to gain more. Do not panic and let your investments rest to not realize the paperloss. THIS IS THE BEST TIME to do top ups and get another investments. Red boards and down ward trails are inevitable during these times, it is not just your investment but the whole global economy due to crisis that is causing it.

For your concerns and further needs please do not hesitate to contact me. Be safe!

(This public post was given permission by Mommy Lillian)

2 years ago, one of our client passed away from a landslide accident. The client was paying 2K monthly for 10 months before the unfortunate incident.
The client is a 22 year old bread winner with young siblings. After processing the claim requirements, AXA handed a check with a substantial amount to the family. We were having mixed emotions that time. A young life lost na walang may kagustuhan na mangyari.

Now, Mommy Lillian, asked us to share the importance of being covered to her friend . She contacted her advisor Melinda Bernardez and requested for an appointment for a Financial Needs Analysis. Eventually, her friend fully understood the significance and signed a policy for herself.

I'm sick of Financial Advisors scaring and guilt tripping people into buying life insurance.

"May kakilala ako na di ako pinansin dati tapos ngayon may cancer na"

"Wala ka pa rin insurance? Ingat!" *insert John Loyd Cruz meme*

They're not wrong. Not having insurance can have dire effects. But they're not helpful either.

Although I can't blame those Financial Advisors, once in my career I tried that "marketing strategy" too. But one statement from a friend who is not a Financial Advisor changed my whole perspective about life insurance.

"Nung nakuha ko yung una kong insurance, parang nabawasan yung takot ko."

"Nabawasan yung takot?", I thought to myself. What does that even mean?

Then I tried as hard as I can to look back to the time I got my first insurance plan when I was just 21 years old.

He was right. Nabawasan yung takot ko sa mga rides involving height (I have fear of heights, malala). Nabawasan ba yung takot ko mamatay?

Not really just that.

If you do a 5-minute scroll through your Facebook feed, what will you see? There is a viral outbreak, impending wars, ongoing wars, burning forests, crashing markets, and things that are volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous, or VUCA, as told by Warren Bennis in 1987.

Warren Bennis was right in 1987 but we didn't care that much. We didn't know what was happening in the opposite side of the planet. But now we do because of social media. The VUCA world has amplified effects on our perspectives.

Does life insurance have to do anything with this?

Life insurance gives policy owners certainty in the midst of the world's uncertainties.

What are the things most frequently mentioned in the news today? Just three things; health threats, life threats, and economic/financial market threats.

Guess what? These are also the three main things covered by an insurance plan. An insurance plan gives its policy owner financial coverage on health threats, death, and market crashes especially for plans with guaranteed cash values.

Also, here's an excerpt from a study by California State University in 2017:

"... But they also found that those who had no health care coverage scored 16 percentage points lower on life satisfaction than those with health coverage—a significant difference in happiness."

Just being covered, without having claimed benefits yet, already has a positive effect on a person's happiness.

Are these all just coincidence? I personally don't think so.

Many argue that insurance is the FIRST EVER formal concept in finance and economics. Some even say it's a pillar where finance and economics are built upon.

Since the beginning, we humans have been looking for a way to create some form of certainty in a very uncertain world.

So do I think that insurance is an escape? That's what I thought at first.

But I now think that insurance is one of the ways to REALLY take on the adventure that is called life.

The younger the insured is, the better kasi mababa lang yung risk therefore maliit lang din yung premium.

Message me😉

DON’T LET THIS BE YOUR STORY!

26/01/2020

We all need affordable health insurance.

Allow me to share with you how you and your family can save millions in medical expenses and loss of income due to critical illness by setting aside only 5% of your monthly income. I have friends just setting aside a little over 1000/month.

You can opt to pay for only 10 years. But you're covered until age 100!

From the time you started the plan until age 100, would you know your state of health? Well, in that long span of time, you'll have the peace of mind knowing you're covered.

Even the healthiest of us could get critically ill in a snap.

And if you don't get to use the benefits of the plan because luckily you're healthy, you can get your premiums back in your golden years. Also, it doubles as life insurance in case the worst happens! Your beneficiaries can claim all that is left from your health coverage!

Please PM me if you want this for you and your loved ones. No harm in just asking. No commitments!

We easily refuse to get Life Insurance because we already have one at work. Yea?

TAMA! 😊 It is really perfect if you are planning to WORK forever. However, when you resign, your Life Insurance at work also ENDs. ☹

What if I offer you a Life insurance at affordable price that will secure you for a lifetime? Which also includes an investment at stock market that will let your money grow through time? 💯

Now, sino ba talaga ang kelangan kumuha ng life insurance? 🤔 》 LAHAT tayo!

✅ another source of income
✅ child's education
✅ retirement fund

You don't have to start big, you just have to start NOW!

23/01/2020

Your thoughts.
A lazy boy & a blanket.
This is one of the most expensive rooms in the country today. Why? Because every person sitting here is paying P30,000 to P150,000 for a 2 hour-session of chemotherapy. And sessions are every 1-2 weeks.

That is how expensive treatments are here in the Philippines. Poverty could be one hospital admission away when illness strikes.

We don't want this to happen to anyone. But when this happens, would you rather be prepared or not?

It pays to be prepared. Think about it.
