What is happiness?
Happiness is the feeling of absolute mental freedom, defined as the feeling of unlimited possibilities. In this state, a person receives an excessive amount of energy, they are simply overflowing with it and because of this they have only kind and pure feelings.
The world around us is perceived as a comfortable and safe place, any feelings of threat or danger are gone, you are sending out warm and friendly feelings towards them. This is how a person in love feels, for example, they know that they are also loved, so love and joy overwhelm them.
Let's Tackle: What's the Difference Between Hallucinations, Illusions and Delusions?
Hallucinations:
When we say hallucinations according to Dr. Okun., (2021) "hallucination" is something you see, hear, smell, taste, or feel that is not actually there. It is NOT dreams or nightmares, they happen when you're concious and occur any time of day or night. Kinds of hallucination that can be felt called tactile, smelled (olfactory), or tasted (gustatory) but they are less common than visual hallucinations.
Case Example:
Someone has a hallucination that an insect or animal is crawling in them, but there's really nothing there.
Illusions:
The difference of illusions, instead of seeing things (like hallucinations), people misinterpret real external stimuli. When we say external stimuli it is the 5 senses includes the balance (equilibrium), it activates these stimuli by external changes. "So illusions are basically, just see or hear something wrong mistakenly."
Case example:
Mistaking hearing a chant instead the sound of the air conditioner.
Delusions:
Delusions are false and idiosyncratic beliefs, (idiosyncratic means unusual or peculiar beliefs/characteristics). Delusional person are not deliberated, they cannot be controlled especially with Parkinson's Disease. It is ongoing and subtle and often occur at night begin as confusion. "The difference of delusions is simply misinformed. It is inability to change your thinking even when there is evidence against your belief," Dr. Patel said.
Case example:
Believing that someone is trying to poison your food or drinks.

Hit, run, freeze!
Actually, these are the default settings of our psyche when reacting to stress.
Our brain can be divided into three basic units: the reptilian brain, the emotional limbic brain, and the neocortex.
The reptile brain is composed of the brainstem that develops in utero and manages the life support functions. It's responsible for our "freeze" response. This is when fear makes our legs go weak.
The emotional limbic brain is the mammalian brain that develops in the first 5-6 years after birth. It is responsible, in particular, for the "hit and run" reaction. In general, it includes any active reaction to danger.
The prefrontal cortex (frontal lobes) is responsible for planning and predicting, perceiving the time and context and controlling things. So during a crisis that is perceived as dangerous, this important part of the brain shuts down.
And the body switches to the "hit and run" or "freeze" mode. Does this behavior sound familiar to you?
"THE WHOOOO?"
THOMAS BROWN (1778-1820)
Was a Scottish, educated in philosophy and medicine. His contribution involved a detailed elaboration of the secondary laws of association, which he aptly called as "cause-effect." The laws explain the relative duration, strength (liveliness), frequency, and recency of the original sensations as well as the reinforcement of one idea by others, provided later learning theorist with a basis to explain the quantitative parameters of association.
Thomas Brown once said “Life is a pure flame and we live by an invisible sun within us.”
"THE WHOOO?"
Charles Bell (1774-1842) was a well-respected surgeon who made the distinction between sensory and motor nerves. He explained that the ventral roots of the spinal cord are responsible to motor and the dorsal roots are for sensory fibers. His contribution is considered the first physiological psychology or establishment of the sensory-motor paradigm as the basis of functional localization in the nervous system.
"We're not perfect, but we want to do the right thing." -Bell
Exploding with anger
What should we do to prevent an "explosion"?
After all, a strong emotion, like any explosion, leads to devastation, and after that it takes a long time to restore what has been lost...⠀
⠀
What can we do when emotions overwhelm us?
Free inner space. Let it expand.⠀
⠀
How?⠀
Deep breaths. When we start breathing through the mouth, we automatically engage the stomach. It is as if we manipulate the stomach with our consciousness.⠀
⠀
Try it right now!
There is more space in the stomach, it’s wider, softer and warmer... do you feel it? The words themselves seem to create a space for accommodation, reassurance.
Three sure signs that you have found true love
▫️ You're not ashamed of looking silly to each other.
No matter what: your hair disheveled after a nap, bags under your eyes, and a pillow print on your cheek, you're not afraid to be rejected for not conforming to the perfect image. Because there is no perfect image - there is you, a real living person, who, by definition, cannot look one hundred percent good all day and night.
▫️ You are honest with each other, even if it threatens to quarrel.
Sometimes you're not happy with something, you steel yourselves to talk about it and work together to find the right solution to the problem. This process can be painful and uncomfortable, but that's completely okay - it's better to deal with mutual complaints as soon as possible.
▫️ You are not afraid of each other's successes.
Your partner is not a crutch for your self-esteem who is only supposed to keep you confident in your personal awesomeness.
Human Needs
It is a type of functional or psychological need, or lack of some thing, person or social group. In simple terms, something we need for a happy life.
As a rule, there are 7 types of needs:
✔️ Physiological needs - these include regular food intake, that is essential conditions for survival.
✔️ The need for safety - to be secure and healthy.
✔️ The need for belonging (social) - to feel important.
✔️ The need for respect - to feel loved, needed, respected.
✔️ The need to create - to create and learn new things.
✔️ Aesthetic needs - beauty and harmony.
✔️ Spiritual needs - self-expression, development.
☝🏻 All of these factors impact our psychological state.
-- Learn to choose what is important for yourself. --
The main idea that should be learned is that opportunities are always around and always will be.
☑️ Opportunities do not depend on the day of the week or the time of day.
☑️ Another thing is that from an incredible number of all sorts of interesting and diverse activities, you need to choose what you really like.
☑️ It may be that you refused to go to the party, and then began to blame yourself for it. At this point, it's worth listening to your heart.
👉🏻 Try to understand why you feel guilty and how you can help yourself.
Have you ever come across stubborn people who are difficult to convince?
Or perhaps you yourself are not very open and have difficulty changing your beliefs, behavior, perception.
In fact, this is a manifestation of a special quality, which is called RIGIDITY.
It can control our lives, but getting rid of it is not so easy, because rigidity is associated with many mental processes, and often we are predisposed to it from birth.

"THE WHO?"🤔 (2)
John Locke (1632-1704)
John Locke was a British empiricist who wrote that all ideas came from experience. He reiterated the original idea of Aristotle about "tabular rasa" that the mind of human being at birth is analogous to a blank sheet of a paper. His disagreement with Descartes Theory that idea comes from experience. It could not be inborn, minds. If innate, idea should not show development, but it develops through experience. Basically, "tabular rasa" could receive experiments from environment that involves the act of sensing, and it could bring the process of reflection or "introspection."
"Man has three natural rights: life, liberty and property."
"THE WHO?"🤔
Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
He was a French rationalist or a rational philosopher, mathematician, psychologist, that accounted for the first systematic account of the mind/body relationship. He believed that all ideas are innate or inborn. He compared the operation of the human body to a machine. He viewed that animals are machine with reflexes (reflex action), instincts, and other innate action.
"I think before I am" - Rene Descartes

A beautiful sunset just burst into my evening! Have you seen the sunset outside your window?
To create or witness beauty is to live an enriched and enlightened life.
A daily reminder to always take care of yourself ♡
It's okay to rest. You've been working hard, and it's time to give your body and mind a little break.
You have a long way to go before you reach your goal, so take it easy and rest when you need to. Then once you're ready for the next phase of your journey, get back at it!

Deprivation Trauma
It is often caused by ignoring the child's needs, that is, parents just do not respond to them through, for example, devaluing fears (which he or she talks about), not taking into account his or her physical and psychological state.
But do not think that only the lack of response can lead to this trauma, since hyper-caring parents may ignore their child's need for independence. For a growing kid this has the following negative consequences: low self-esteem and undefined goals ("I want something, but I don't know what").
As a result, we see an adult with low self-esteem, unable to make his or her own decisions.
Am I beautiful?
Self-confidence is an important condition on the way to a happy life. A confident person is not afraid to take responsibility, takes risks and often achieves desired results, while others sit on the bench.
People who are aware of their worth are also more successful in relationships: there're many examples where quite ordinary girls find family happiness with a wealthy handsome. Inner harmony is visible from a distance, and it's easier and more pleasant to communicate with ones who own it
How to find a balance, to realize your own uniqueness and start living your best life?
The correct answer is to work on self-esteem.
How to regain trust?
Lying is the only cause of a breach of trust that makes people stop communicating with each other. However, breaking up is not the best solution to the problem.
Here is the following list of possible actions:
▪️Repent for what you have done. Admit your guilt.
▪️Explain the reason for your deception. Better a bitter truth than a sweet lie.
▪️Propose a way to make amends. You must do it whatever it costs. After all, you want to keep the communication going, don't you?.
And be patient. Don't expect your former relationship to be restored immediately after the repentance.

Stress Resistance Level
Sometimes stress improves the mental health, just as regular physical exercise strengthens the body.
However, if stress is "excessive," the psyche can "break down," so that is where the common psychology term "PSYCHOTRAUMA" comes from.
Each person has her or his own stress threshold. This is also called "Window of Tolerance" and describes how our minds and bodies respond to stress.
The level of stress resistance is an individual thing (by analogy with different weight classes), that is, one person overcomes a given situation "easily" (it is not painful for her or him), while another cannot "endure" it at all.
Psychological defense
We constantly alter our reality in order to cope with it. Each time certain events occurred that caused psychological trauma, or when we were faced with a painful experience, we formed psychological defenses to live through this traumatic event and cope with it.
In other words, psychological defenses protect us from the pain of reality, distorting it for us, and thus do not allow us to face it directly. Therefore, phycological defenses come to the rescue when we feel trauma.
Roughly speaking, the subconscious mind has an attitude: "Anything but this!" And you are immediately like "in a bunker" without windows and doors.

In addition, you won't be able to realize your potential and reach yourself the way you dream.
After you will build your personal boundaries, your strength, your own thoughts, your real feelings, your future will come to you and you will see it with your own eyes.👌🏻

At some point in our lives, we may realize that the best way to take care of ourselves is to change the depth of certain relationships or end them altogether. This can apply to both love and work, friendship or family relationships.
It's true, making changes, setting boundaries in a relationship, or ending it will never be something simple. But there comes a time when we realize that these changes are necessary - it won't work the same way anymore.
