-From cabuyao retail plaza pwede na sya walking distance lang naman
-If tinatamad ka kaglakad pwede ka sumakay ng jeep then baba sa may munisipyo then sa may kanto awid lang kayo makikita nyo na agad yung shop nila.
-Meron din sila branch along the highway sa may Brgy. San Isidro malapit sa 7/11.

"A coffee and tea"

This happens chinese new year Feb. 9, 2024. A good day and place to spent with my close friend to have some coffee.

Ambiance: 9/10 sakto lang di nha lang kaya kapag madami kayo magkakasama kasi maliit lang yung space but I like the mirror corner and also the music vibes sa store.
Service: 10/10 naman mabilis yung preparation ng drinks
Food/Coffee: 8/10 kasi yung inorder ko strawberry latte non-coffee but its fine naman makatikim ng ibang variety of drinks di puro coffee based.

Over all 9.5 yung place babalikan kasi affordable drinks and may mga foods din sila di lang namin na try, maybe next time.

- From Cabuyao bayan it's like 7mins away lang if nasa may 7/11 Cabuyao bayan
- From 7/11 Cabuyao bayan lakad kayo papuntang El Sol Food park
-Then may way doon papuntang national highway yung may mga murals sa may cemetery
- Then tawid ka lang sa kabila side ng highway sa may Brgy. Sala business center nasa first floor lang sya no need to go up stairs
- Walking distance lang if mahilig ka maglakad at magtipid para sa kape hahaha

Ambiance : 1000/10 para sa mahilig sa libro at kape good vibes dito minsan nakakahiya ang maingay kasi parang library talaga ambiance nya

Service : 9/10 kasi kami kumuha nung order namin pero it's fine akala ko iseserve kasi sa table

Food: 9/10 para sa mga kakain siguro ng pastries all goods naman sya pero may hinahanap kami na lasa na kakaiba sa pastries saka pricey sya pero quality goods naman. Maybe next time try namin yung pasta.

Coffee : 9/10 iba yung itsura sa picture hahaha yung lasa matapang sya hahaha pero all goods naman pricey lang talaga pero all goods sya for me di lang sya affordable puntahan pag petsa de peligro. Di ko tanda yung name ng drinks namin basta dalawang signature coffee and 3 frappe.

You can buy books here 200 per kilo so if you are a book and coffee lover this place is a must visit. Kaya ano pa hinihintay mo "TARA KAPE TAYO?"

HB No. 9764 Extending the PIC Validity to Five Years

Good news to all Filipino Professionals!

Aiming to support the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) thrust to provide improved if not the best services to Filipino professionals, the PRC’s proposal to extend the validity period of the Professional Identification Cards (PIC) from three (3) years to five (5) years have been approved by the House of Representatives through House Bill (HB) No. 9764. Under the leadership of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, the bill was duly approved by the House on the third and final reading last 21 February 2024. The approved House bill will be transmitted to the Senate for further law enactment process.

Submitted and sponsored by Chairperson Kristine Alexie B. Tutor, Committee on Civil Service and Professional Regulation, along with its members: Representatives Edwin L. Olivarez, Angelo Marcos Barba, Paul R. Daza, Marissa “Del Mar” Magsino, Ciriaco B. Gato, Jr., Gabriel H. Bordado, Jr. as authors, HB 9764 which seeks to promote convenience to the transacting public by bestowing five (5) years validity to PICs is an affirmation of a positive citizenry advocacy of the nation’s legislative body.

As envisioned, the spreading out of the number of active professionals over five (5) years will lessen the renewal transactions per year. The PIC validity extension will also ease the pressure on the appointment system since fewer professionals will be renewing their PICs, and finally, it will make CPD compliance easier since five (5) years will allow a longer period within which to comply with requirements.

Together, for a “Bagong Pilipinas”, the PRC and our legislators will ensure that not a single Filipino Professional will be left out of service excellency!

I can't believe that I actually survived this year, knowing that I've been through a lot, and I literally almost gave up. Even though I've suffered so much pain, I am still grateful for the things that I've learned while I was hurting. I am thankful for all the people who have been part of my journey this year. Although I've lost some of those that I treasured the most, I still want to appreciate the ones that stayed in my life through ups and downs. I never want to take for granted what I still have just because I lost something or someone. I never would have thought that I would be so emotional to end this year; maybe because, at some point in my life, I just really thought that I would never survive the pain and the sadness that I have endured silently.

And after all that I've been through this year, I would never want to forget the ones who patiently prayed for me and stayed with me when I was at my worst. Thank you for being patient and kind to me. Words will never be enough to express how much I appreciate every little thing that you all do to make me feel better when I am not okay. I know some people who never gave up on me when I was about to give up on myself. I saw a lot of people loving me when I couldn't even love myself. And sometimes, no matter how much I suffer, every time I see and feel their love, it's already enough for me to keep going.
