Logicbase turns 8! A Celebration with the Team
The whole team celebrated the 8th anniversary of Logicbase. Our team was put into test as we tried dragon boating in the morning, in the famous river of our hometown, Cagayan de Oro. The team building activity made us realize several things as we reflected on the past years. A good team is a greater action! This holds true to our experience as team action is the ultimate key to our survival. Congrats to the organization for making it this far, and we look forward to many more wonderful years ahead!

Welcome to Logicbase New Workplace! A pivot away from the old open plan, built on the idea that with fewer team members coming to work on any given day, the new office can offer us more flexibility of layout and management. The new workplace has these components—privacy booths and huddle rooms to escape the hubbub, cafe-like spaces. Following the pandemic, the company has worked on an office layout with more space devoted to collaboration and socialization --an entertainment room, a mini gym, a conference room and a lobby. THE NEW LOOK OF WORK: Couches that allow team members to partially isolate-- when they need to. No-contact, digital sanitation station, clusters of desks for departments or groups that want to work together, a room with a view for deeper thoughts. There’s just no replacement for a physical workspace, so we believe that through the new dynamic workplace, we will be able to become more productive and reach our company goals.
