Island-bound travelers must only present an approved S-Pass Travel Coordination Permit, a government-issued ID, and proof of confirmed booking to any DOT-accredited establishment or tour operator. They must also register through Puerto Galera Tourist Registration (https://testflight.apple.com/join/wdvJmDzD) to generate a QR code prior their visit.

UPDATE: Negros Occidental has updated its entry requirements for visitors. Negros-bound travelers must take an Antigen Test from a DOH-accredited facility 48 hours prior to travel OR an RT-PCR test 72 hours prior to visit regardless of vaccination status. For convenience, all visitors will be entitled to one FREE Antigen Test upon their arrival. Additionally, they must also apply for an S-Pass through s-pass.ph.

As restrictions for leisure travel continue to ease up, our commitment to providing a remarkable northern adventure is also bigger than ever.

Here are the new travel requirements starting December 1, 2021:

1. NO TESTING FOR FULLY VACCINATED TOURISTS
a. Tourists coming from Alert Levels 1, 2, and 3 will only need to present a valid vaccination card
b. Tourists that are unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, and coming from Alert Level 4 are required to take any of the following tests: RT-PCR taken within 72 hours; Antigen taken within 24 hours; Antigen upon arrival.

a. Valid ID
b. Confirmed Booking from Accredited Accommodation or Local Travel Agency
c. Individual QR Code
