Title: A Friend that Laid His Life

Introduction:
Good [morning/afternoon/evening everyone. Today I want to talk to you about a friend who not only showed love but also laid down His life for us. This friend is none other than Jesus Christ the Son of God. Let's explore this amazing act of love together.

Point 1: Jesus as a Friend
One of the most beautiful aspects of Jesus' ministry was His friendship with people. He cared deeply for their needs sorrows and joys. In John 15:15 Jesus Himself said "Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends."

Point 2: Jesus' Love for His Friends
Jesus demonstrated His love for His friends in numerous ways. He healed the sick comforted the sorrowful and provided guidance and wisdom. In John 15:13 Jesus stated the pinnacle of His love: "Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends."

Point 3: Jesus' Sacrificial Death
The ultimate act of friendship that Jesus displayed was His sacrificial death on the cross. In John 10:11 Jesus declared "I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." Through His death and resurrection Jesus made a way for us to be reconciled with God and have eternal life.

Conclusion:
In conclusion Jesus Christ is the ultimate friend who showed His love by laying down His life for us. His sacrifice on the cross signifies the depths of His love and friendship towards each one of us. As we reflect on this amazing act may we also strive to emulate Christ's friendship by loving and caring for those around us. Thank you.

A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones

Inspiration:

Envy often stirs up bitterness in our hearts when we see what others have and decide we want it too. Perhaps we feel as though they don’t deserve particular material possessions they’ve worked for or we think negatively about ourselves because we haven’t achieved the same goals. Bitterness is poison to our souls when we allow it to control us. Instead of focusing on what others are doing, we will keep our focus on the Lord. His plan is perfect, and His timing is always right.

Prayer:
Father, forgive us for becoming envious of our brothers and sisters in Christ. We will remain focused on you and Your will for our lives. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Abraham was blessed by God.
David was blessed by God.
Sarah was blessed by God... You will be blessed by the same God today 🙏

And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?

Insights 🌹💝🙏
Many wish to go to a multitude of other sources to find direction in life, especially in times of trouble. In Isaiah's day, many turned to wizards and those involved in the occult, and many still do today. But God's people should reject these methods and turn "to the Law and to the testimony. " (verse 20)

PRAYER 🙏🙏🙏
We dare not trust the world of darkness, but we put our trust in you alone, O Lord, as our source of wisdom for life. We know that Satan himself appears like an angel of light to better deceive many, and that false religions are full of doctrines of devils and sacrifices to devils, though the participants mostly are unaware of it. Only in your Word do we find the true light that will guide us through even the most trying of times. Amen!
