What a triumphant evening for Office Administration 2023, Mr. and Ms.! The event was a huge success after weeks of planning, mostly due to the effort and commitment of the volunteers, participants, and organizers.

The contestants were all incredibly talented and intelligent, and they put on a show that was both entertaining and informative. The judges had a difficult time choosing the winners, but in the end, Mr. Samuel Abrantes Aresgo, Jr. and Ms. Immie Tarrayo Erella were crowned as Mr. and Ms. Office Administration 2023

Congratulations to the winners, and to all of the participants! We are so proud of all of you.

In celebration of the OFMAN DAYS, we encourage everyone to join the "OA SongScribe!" contest. It is a contest to promote the stenography skills of Office Administration students by recording themselves while transcribing the lyrics of their chosen English or Filipino song.

OA Songscribe Mechanics:

1. It is an actual activity that open to all BSOA students.
2. Each participant will only have 1 entry.
3. Select your song choice. It can be an English or Filipino.
4. Video yourself transcribing the chosen song into shorthand.
5. Submit your entry through the Official Fb Page of Ofman Society.
6. The deadline for submission will be on November 9, 2023, at 2:00pm.
7. Each participant will receive a certificate of participation and prize.
8. Winners will be announced in the BDC 2nd Floor on November 10, 2023, at 9:30 AM.

QUIZ BEE COMPETITION

QUIZ BEE COMPETITION MECHANICS

1. The contest is open to all BSOA student.

2. The Quiz bee Competition shall be by-pair in nature.

2. During the contest proper following materials will be used:
-A board (provided by the facilatator)
-Writing Material(Chalk)
-Eraser(tissue)

3. The questions will be from General Information.

4. The contest will have 3 rounds: Easy, Average, and Difficult round. There will be ten (10) question for the EASY, five (5) question for the AVERAGE, and five (5) question the DIFFICULT round.

5. The quizmaster shall read each question twice. After the second reading, the quizmaster say the word "GO" Only then the contest shall begin writing their answers on the board provided. The time allotment is 15 seconds.

6. Each participants must submit their names on or before November 8,2023 at 10 PM through assigned committee.

Participants will register to Mr. Ronnel Agte & Ms. Zhaira Dawn Lathrop (assigned committee)

Mechanics:
1. Open to all BSOA students.
2. Each year level can have as many participants.
3. Each year level must submit the list of their participants before Nov. 8
4. The winner will received cash and certificate.

TIKTOK COMPETITION

Mechanics:
1. Participants will register to Ms. Mitch Fuentes, Ms. Avegail Bantilo and Mr. John Mar (OFMAN OFFICERS)
2. This is a group competition that is open to all BSOA students.
3. Each yr level will only have 1 entry.
4. Each performing team will only be allowed to have 8 to 10 participants.
5. The material should not exceed to a minimum time 3 minutes and maximum time of 5 minutes.
6. Using of texts and props is allowed.
7. Genre: Hiphop or pop only.
8. Revealing of sensitive parts of the body is strictly prohibited and may cause disqualification.
9. Each year level should submit their list of participants on Nov. 6, 2023 at 12:00NN through Group chats under COM - OFMAN SOCIETY (2022-2023).
10.The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

1. The Keyboarding competition shall be an individual competition.
2. The competition is open for all BSOA students.
3. Each participants must submit their names on or before November 8,2023 at 10 PM through assigned committee.
4. The winner and placers (2nd & 3rd placer) will be awarded with cash prize and certificate.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

Typing Speed - 50%
Typing Accuracy- 50%
Total: 100%

Mechanics:
• The criteria for the People's Choice Award will depend on the candidate's Gcash votes equivalent to 50% and Facebook reactions equivalent to 50%, combining to form a total of 100%.
• Gcash voting will start today, November 2, 2023, and will end on November 8, 2023, at 12NN.
• 1 PESO = 1 VOTE, with separate Gcash accounts for each candidate.

• Click "Heart" or "Wow" reactions ONLY for the photo of your chosen Candidate(s). Each react counts as one vote, and other reactions will not be considered.
• The People's Choice Award will be bestowed upon two candidates, one male and one female, who gather the highest number of votes from both reactions and Gcash.
• Be advised that anyone using Auto react on the candidates' pictures will incur a 50% penalty for reactions but can still retain the 50% for the Gcash vote.
