SDO Calbayog through the Youth Formation Unit joins the celebration of National Arts Month with the theme: " Ani ng Sining, Bunga ng Galing" . Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 683, signed in 1991, the Philippines recognizes its culture and arts in different forms with the celebration of the Annual National Arts Month every February spearheaded by the National Commission for the Culture and the Arts (NCCA). Tara lets celebrate it with joy and pride of being a Filipino!

SDO Calbayog though the Youth Formation supports in encouraging Filipino people especially Calbayognons to change their lifestyle , practices and with strong conviction to shift to a more sustainable way of living. "RA No. 9201 declared December 4-10, 2022 as the National Human Right Consciousness Week with the theme: " Pagtataguyod at Pagsulong ng mga Karapatang Pantao Tungo sa Matatag na Pundasyon ng Kapayapaan, Katarungan, Kalikasan, Kaunlaran at Bayanihan." Tara na't makiisa at ating patuloy na payamanin at palakasin ang karapatan ng bawat kabataan Pilipino.

As we all know, climate change has been an enormous concern globally. This day allows us to help reduce air and noise pollution for a greener environment. 🌏

Finalization of the Policy Development of the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Program

To consolidate the validated guidelines and policies, revise the provisions based on the constructive recommendations, finalize the draft legal document, and align the policies and management of the BKD Program, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Youth Affairs and Special Concerns- Youth Formation Division (OASYASC-YFD) of the Department of Education conducts Finalization of the Policy Development of the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Program from September 5 to 9, 2022.

It aims to solicit feedback, suggestions, or recommendations from our field counterparts including Youth Formation Coordinators, school heads/principals, teacher-advisers, students, and other school stakeholders to deeply brainstorm, carefully craft, and successfully conduct this year's National Students' Day. It also aims to involve our stakeholders in the decision-making process to share a common understanding and active participation leading to empowerment and joint ownership of the event. This will serve as one of the OASYASC-YFD's deciding factors.

Ang sarap mapakinggan ang salitang ""Salamat"" mula sa mga taong iyong natulungan o naging bahagi ng iyong buhay Isang salitang nagbibigay kasiyahan sa puso at pumapawi ng ating pagod at kalungkutan.

IKAW, sino ba ang nais mong pasalamatan? Bakit mo sila gustong pasalamatan? Anong papel ang kanilang ginampanan sa buhay mo?

Kung sino man siya o sila, ngayon na ang pagkakataon upang ipaabot mo sa kanya o sa kanila ang taos puso mong pasasalamat! Magbahagi rin ng inyong larawan together upang mas marami pa ang ma-inspire at magshare ng kanilang moments!

Naniniwala ang YFD na ang boses ng madla ay mahalaga upang maihatid namin ang isang karanasan na may hatid na di malilimutang kasiyahan. Kaya naman, panahon na para pagbigyan ang inyong mga kahilingan. Sa darating na Virtual Celebration ng International Youth Day 2022 simula ngayong Agosto 8 hanggang Agosto 12, anong mga activities ang nais mong mapabilang sa ating gawain at bakit?

I-share mo na yan gamit ang mga emojis na nakatakda sa bawat gawain at kung wala naman dito ang nais mo, gamitin lamang ang chatbox para sa inyong mga rekomendasyon o suhestyon! Hihintayin namin ang inyong sagot!

NGAYON na ang SIMULA ! Tara Na at Magpatala !

Umpisa na ng enrollment para sa SY 2022-2023 ngayong araw!

Maaari nang magpatala sa inyong dati o napiling paaralan simula ngayong araw hanggang Agosto 22, 2022. Tandaan na mayroon tayong tatlong pamamaraan sa pagpapatala, ito ang in-person, remote, at dropbox enrollment.

Dagdag pa rito, ang ating mga Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners ay maaari na ring magpatala nang in-person o digital.

Upang masig**ong protektado ang mga magpapatala nang in-person, huwag kalimutang sundin ang ating health and safety protocols gaya ng pagsusuot ng face mask at pagpapanatili ng physical distancing.

Kumusta, mga ka-Barkada!

The Youth Formation Division (YFD), in partnership with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), will host a 2-day virtual convention for the Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Program.

This year’s theme is “Addressing Drug Challenges in Health and Humanitarian Crises for the Youth.”

Through the promotion of drug prevention measures, this activity seeks to increase youth participation in drug abuse prevention initiatives and public awareness of the harmful consequences of illegal drugs.

This will be held on July 26-27, 2022 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Ngayong World Youth Skills Day, ibida sa ating comment section ang inyong galing at abilidad! 😁💬

Ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng World Youth Skills Day 2022 na may temang “Transforming youth skills for the future,” na kumikilala sa kahalagahan ng pagpapaunlad ng mga kasanayan sa mga kabataan, lalo na para sa disenteng trabaho at entrepreneurship kasabay ng paglilipat ng mundo tungo sa isang sustainable model ng pag-unlad.

Nakasentro ang edukasyon at pagsasanay sa direksyon ng Incheon Declaration: Education 2030, at ito ay saklaw ng Sustainable Development Goal 4 “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”.

Sa layuning makapaghatid ng dekalidad na edukasyon para sa lahat, ang Kagawaran ay patuloy sa pagbuo ng mga programa na mas hahasa pa sa abilidad ng ating mga Pilipinong mag-aaral bilang paghahanda sa kanilang kinabukasan.
