To the mama that needs to hear this..

I want you to know that I see you. I see you waking up every morning, even when you feel like you can't go on. I see you taking care of your children, even when you feel like you don't have anything left to give. I see you pushing through the pain, the exhaustion, the stress, and the worry, and I want you to know that I am so proud of you.

You are incredible. You are strong. You are brave. You are amazing. You are everything that your children need, and more. You are the glue that holds your family together. You are the light that shines in the darkness. You are the voice that speaks truth to power. You are the heart that beats with love and compassion.

I know that being a mom is hard. I know that it can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. But I also know that you are capable of so much more than you realize. You have the power to persevere. You have the power to overcome. You have the power to be the best mom that you can be.

So keep going, mama. Keep pushing. Keep striving. Keep believing. Keep loving. Keep living. Because you are worth it. You are worth every sacrifice, every tear, every sleepless night. You are worth everything.

So let's do this, mamas. Let's show the world what we're made of. Let's show our children what it means to be strong, resilient, and loving. Let's show ourselves what we're capable of. Let's keep going, even when it feels like our world is falling apart. Because we are unstoppable. We are unbreakable. We are moms. And we are amazing.

"After having a child, I realized that in the eyes of society mothers can't:
- Complain (who told you to have kids?)
- Cry (why are you crying? (Did you think it was easy?)
- Getting tired of what? (you do nothing!)
- Sleep (You're lazy!)
- Rest (you'll have plenty of time for that after they grow up)
- Getting pregnant again (are you crazy? How many more kids do you want?)
- Quitting work (how will you support your child?)
- Work (who will take care of the child?)
- Leave them at the nursery (Don’t let others raise them!!)
- Being a housewife (Poor husband, who works too hard and his wife stays at home!)
- Being single (nobody wants a woman with kids)
- Going out for fun (why are you leaving your son with grandma to have fun?)
And you know what's worse???
90% of these phrases are spoken by other women.

Let's learn to be more supportive of each other. I'm human and I love my kids but I'm guilty of all these emotions at some point.

Parenting is a teamwork.
Parenting is not easy, even as a second time mom. Parenting without support is no joke. People think once the baby comes, everything will fall in place. But that is when things get real. From pregnancy to labor to birth to postpartum, mothers have no break. Her body and mind have gone through awful a lot, and now is the time she needs hubby support the most. It is also a period that lead to POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION 😢
So if u see your wife crying or tired, give her a big hug and take over the shift.

Being a stay at home mom is something woman should be able to be proud of, giving up your independence to dedicate your time fully to your children and home making isn’t an easy thing to do, you lose any form of Independence and while it’s so unbelievably rewarding, it’s also unbelievably challenging. I find myself so frequently overwhelmed with responsibilities that are repetitive and feel as though I’m living the same day over and over, caring for everyone outside of myself with lots of moments of feeling unappreciated, and alone with no form of “me time” and no “breaks”, it’s definitely draining and comes with a lot of challenges but to give up your own path to pave the way for your children is so selfless and genuinely remarkable and no woman should ever feel less than, or guilty for choosing the path of a stay at home momma. If you’re a stay at home mom, I send you a pat on the back, stay strong and keep it up - especially in times like this ❤️

Three parenting tips to remember about our words:
1. Let your children overhear you saying nice things about them
2. Remember that your words become their internal voice. Be kind.
3. Talk nicely about others. When we point out the good in others, it becomes easier to see the good in others.

SHE IS NOT SLEEPING 😴🌙✨
Her eyes are closed, but she is not.
Her arm's is in the wrong position, it hurts!
But it doesn't move, because the baby is comfortable like this!
She's tired, she closes her eyes and listens to her baby's every breath.
Every night she will do the same position,
Uncomfortable, strange, but it should be like that.
Does not move to not waking up the baby.
Always staying alert 🧠
Mommy's night are just the other half of the day! ☺️
