Sabbath was designed to be a special gift to humanity.Observing the sabbath shows our commitment to honor Him.It will bring us closer to Him and gives us eternal perspective and spiritual strength.It also allows us to pause from our labor and worship the Lord.

The Lord wants us to be appreciative and greatful in all we do and say. When we are greatful, we will satisfy in all the blessings we receive, both the things that going well and the things that are'nt.You also feel joyful of the things you have, confident and optimistic.
