Spiritual Insight:

A blessed day to everyone.😄🤟🙏🙋

“Surrender yourself to the LORD, and wait patiently for him." Psalm 37:7

Men are creatures of reason.

Bagamat meron tayong mga limitasyon, but God would like us to use this ability to understand the meaning of life and God's purposes for everything that is happening to us. Especially when the time comes, but it seems God is silent.
Then we asked God, "why"? But God is silent.
Ang tanong natin, "Why doesn’t God tell us why?

We always wanted to understand everything that's happening to us. Dahil nga sa meron tayong kakayahan mag-isip, we want to look for all the reasons and explanations to all of our questions in life.
We are not satisfied unless we find all the reasons why things happen in our lives.
But God doesn’t tell us why most things happen, at ito ang nagpapalungkot sa atin and that also brings frustration to many of us.

Because He is testing us and He wants to see if we will let go of control and learn to be content, i-explain man niya o hindi kung anuman ang mga nangyayari sa ating mga buhay."

You don't have to ask God for an explanation, common sense lang.🤗🤔

Kaya, when it seems that God is silent in your life, hindi mo siya madinig, at feeling mo na parang napakalayo niya sa iyo, malamang nasa loob ka ng kanyang classroom at meron kang exam.
Haven't you observed that in the classroom, the atmosphere is silent kapag tayo'y may exam. That is a testing time.

When God is silent in our lives, remember that our faith is being tested.

Will you fully trust Him and let Him lead your way in this moment of testing journey and be content with it?
Or, will you grab on more tightly sa steering wheel? Ang controlin ito saan mo man gustong dalhin ang takbo ng buhay mo at hindi ka titigil hanggang sa malaman mo ang lahat ng explanations and reasons for all of the things that are happening to you?
Kapag ginawa mo ba ito, will you learn to be content?

Ang sabi ng Bible, “Surrender yourself to the Lord, and wait patiently for him...” (Psalm 37:7).

When we go through tests and pains tomorrow, next week or next month or this year, we don’t really need God’s explanation. We need God’s presence. Let go of control and surrender ourselves to him.

*****
Dear Loving Father, you are an all-knowing God that knows everything that's happening in our lives.

God bless you and your family.😍🙏🙋🤗

Spiritual Insight:

A blessed day to everyone.🤟🥰😄😍👏

Ano ba talaga ang standard level of contentment?
So, I want to ask: How content are you? Are you consistently enjoying your life?“It is better to be satisfied with what you have than to always want something else.” (Ecclesiastes 6:9)

Ang sabi sa Message Bible, sa 1 Corinthians 4:7-8, “Isn’t everything you have and everything you are sheer gifts from God? So what’s the point of all this comparing and competing? You already have all you need” (The Message).

I believe God has given me abundantly more than I ever deserved."

Maybe you and I could give many testimonies of people who have a lot more than us, and it does not make them happier.

Bakit kailangan itong matutunan?
Because by nature no one is contented! But it takes maturity to be content.
It takes maturity in learning to be content when things are not going our way. It is better to be satisfied with what we have than to always want something more.

Let me clarify.
First, what "Envy is not":

* Ang Envy is not setting goals.
Ang ating mga dreams, ambitions, goals, and desires are all things that God puts in us.

Now, let's talk "What Envy is":

So, why do we feel envious? Instead, learn to be thankful for who we are and what we have. It’s all a gift from God.

As I wind up with this insight, let's have heart-searching questions:
* Do you feel envious about the success of someone you knew?
* How can you turn your envy into gratitude?
* What are the gifts that God gave you that we are thankful about?
* Why do you think God makes happiness a choice rather than just making everyone feel happy all the time?
What is your choice about Jesus, the real source of contentment?

*****
Heavenly Father, please help us to be content and satisfied with Your provisions for our lives, at every point of our journeys with You, in this world. Set us free of the thoughts that consume our mind which cause discontentment and envy to arise. Change the negativity within our hearts with Your peace and love, and gentle kindness. We give you the glory, honor, praises and thanks, in Jesus' name we pray, Amen.🙏🙏🙏

Good morning sa inyong lahat.🙋🤟🥰🌤️👏👋
God bless you and your family.🙋🙏😍😄🙂

Spiritual Insight:

A blessed day to all!
😊🙏🙋🙏🌦️🌧️🌨️☔

Thank God it's Monday again!

In spite of the stormy weather many of our kababayan are experiencing today, we are praying that our God would help us passthrough the storm.
This is another challenging day to keep on Moving on, in spite of the hindrances in front of us.

But anyway, I'm not talking about physical movement but to keep on moving towards the fulfillment of God's purpose for us.

(Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I PRESS ON ...)

Ang challenge sa atin ayon sa verse na ito, is for you and me to press on, to keep growing, to move forward, to increase our faith to the next level. I believe one of the greatest assets in life that you and I have is the capacity to grow and to change.
Isa sa unang hakbang in pressing on forward is to realize na hindi pa tayo nakarating sa ating pupuntahan. Because, if we already arrived at the place where we should be, then there is no need to move on.
May mga mananampalataya na nagsimula ng masaya, pero hindi nagpatuloy to keep on. Meron din naman, nagdadalawang isip at pabago bago ang desisyon, kaya hindi firm sa kanilang commitment to move on.
Si Apostle Paul naman, he acknowledged and recognized that he had not yet arrived.

Nauunawaan ni Paul na meron pang mga lugar that he can explore, mga bagay na kanya pang magagawa, mga plano that he can think about, and there is still more room for growth. And if he did, so do we.

Because in times of hardship the Lord himself is asking us to come to Him and cast all our anxieties upon Him because He cares for us ( 1 Peter 5:7).

I believe that if we are willing to admit that we need to grow, kailangan nating i-identify ang mga naging balakid o hadlang na nagpapabagal sa ating paglago. After we identify those things, by the grace of God, we need to deal with it and remove them. Then we will continue to press on and grow.

What are the possible barriers to our growth?

There are so many to mention.

*‌ Ang Kasalanan ( All kinds of sins).

* ‌Negative thinking.
Isa ito sa mga bad habit which you need to address to grow emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

* ‌Relationships sa mga negative people, sa mga judgmental, and people with different priorities.

* ‌Fear of Change.
Do you have a desire to do something, but never do it?

Maaaring sa araw na ito ay may mga barriers na nasa ating harapan that keep us to press on, and to move forward. By the grace and power of God, remove the barriers to your spiritual growth and move on.

Remember life is full of challenges, and one of those challenges today is "to gain grounds".
So, "Press on!" "Move forward!" "Grow!"

***
Gracious Heavenly Father, You alone sustain us, We praise you and we worship you in Spirit and in Truth.
And even if we fail, We will stand up again and continue to follow you, with Jesus Christ as our strength who alone is our Refuge nothing is impossible. Use us for your glory dear GOD. In the name Jesus we pray, Amen.🙏

Again, good morning to all!🌅🤗
God bless you and your family!🤗🙏🙋🙏

HOW TO FIND HAPPINESS IN A WORLD OF WANTS - Sunday Worship Service with Pastor Jun Mortel

31/08/2024

Spiritual Insight:

A blessed day to everyone.🤗🥰🙋🤟😃❤️

“For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God’s power."
(1 Corinthians 4:20)
(1 Corinto 4:20)

Every one of us wants to be happy and successful in everything we do, believing that in doing so, we will experience a fulfilled life.
Ano ba ang fulfilled life?
The Cambridge Dictionary at Merriam &Websters Dictionaries defines “fulfilled” as "feeling happy because you are getting everything that you want from life."
A fulfilled life is sometimes described as being perfectly alive, filled with purpose and satisfaction, involving vision and requiring intensive alignment — highly meaningful, and sought by all.
Maaaring nakapaloob dito ang mga basic questions in life na ating naitatanong sa ating mga sarili.
Ang tanong na:
"who am I?" ( Question of Identity )
"why am I here?" ( ? of Purpose)
"where am I going?" ( ? of Destiny )

Gayunpaman, kakaiba din naman ang "Life that is in Christ".
But to all true believers of Christ, alam natin na tayo'y nilikha ng Diyos ng may malinaw na dahilan at layunin.
Ito ang sabi sa Colossians 1:16, "For by him (Christ) all things were created, in heaven and on earth, ... all things were created through him and for him."
Kaya nga ang happy, fulfilled and satisfied life is a life filled with God's reason and purpose.
(I'll. Bought an electric .fan - when you use it, you spin not the fan.
Flat Iron- use- the handle heat but the base is not.
-useless, not conforming to its purpose.)

Para magkaroon ng katuparan ang bagay na ito sa ating buhay, we must live by God’s power not man's power.
Ang sabi ng Bible sa in 1 Corinthians 4:20, “For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God’s power”.

But rather, God blesses people who depend on Him and surrender to Him.

Since God wants to use our lives for His purpose, he insists that we live by His Power.

Amen."

Sa pamamagitan ng kapangyarihan ng Panginoong Jesus, God is able to do more in and through us than we can ever imagine.

Ngayon ang question, how do we get God’s power in our lives?
Let me share with you this insight, three ways:

1st, We get God’s Power by Praying.
- Prayer is an integral part of Christian living because praying is our way of communicating with God. We call upon God every time we pray, as stated in Matthew 6:9: "This, then, is how you should pray: 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.'"
If we don’t have any power in our lives, that could mean we are not praying. Alam n'yo ba na ang Prayer and Power go together. Lagi itong magkasama sa matagumpay nating paglalakbay sa buhay Kristiyano.
Frequent communication brings you closer to other people too. In a similar vein, praying frequently brings you closer to God. God is always listening to your prayers and will answer them in His own way.
Prayer Guides Us
When we’re lost and don’t know what to do, we can always pray to God for guidance. Scripture states: “Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.” (Psalm 25:4-5).
Helps Us Accept God’s Will
God always has a plan for us, but sometimes it can be challenging to understand. Praying helps us understand His will and accept it because His plans are always for our own good. As written in the Bible: “For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11).
Prayer to ask for God’s protection.
“From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.” (Psalm 61:2-3)

2nd, we get God’s Power by taking a Step of Faith.
When we take a step to do what God tells us to do, even when it’s hard or unpopular, even when it may cost us, even when it doesn’t make sense, even when nobody else is doing it, God will pour out his power in our lives.
Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

3rd, we get God’s Power by keeping on trusting and not giving up.
For God to grow our faith, he will test it. Kapag tayo'y humaharap sa mga ibat-ibang klase ng kahirapan, delays in what we are hoping for, kabiguan, o discouragement, tinuturuan tayo ng Diyos na lubos na magtiwala sa kanya. Hang on, be steadfast and God will bless us. Don’t give up! Keep trusting!
Psalm 31:24 “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.”

Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

2 Chronicles 15:7, “But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.
2 Cronica 15:7, “Ngunit magpakatatag kayo at huwag masiraan ng loob. Gagantimpalaan kayo dahil sa inyong mga ginagawa.”

Ikaw, are you experiencing a happy, fulfilled and satisfied life?
If yes, then continue to accomplish God's reason and purpose for His glory at i-share mo sa iba ang iyong living testimony.
If not, then, start living in God’s power by surrendering your life to Him today.

As I wind up with this insight today, let's take a heart-searching question:
What step of faith are we taking for God today?

***
Dear God, Thank you for showing us our purpose in life. Thank you for letting us live this purpose daily. Thank you for your fulfillment, which offers us real happiness at a deeper sense of contentment.
Continue to strengthen us by living in your power and surrendering our lives totally to you. This is our heart cries in Jesus' name, Amen! 🙏🙏🙏

Again, good morning po sa inyong lahat. 🤗😄🥰🙏👏👋🌤️🙋
God bless you and your family. 👍👐🤗🥰🙋🤟

Spiritual Insight:

A blessed and wonderful day to all of you!😊🙋🙏🙌👏

Sa lahat Ng may mga "Fear in life". Let me share with you this Insight about it.
I, absolutely believe that this could "help us all" understand what Fear is and how to overcome it in our lives.
I mean, to "help us all!"

And we miss out on so much that God has for us if we live in having a "Wrong fear!"

The Bible mentioned two types of fear. The first type is good and helpful and is to be encouraged. The second type is harmful and is to be overcome. The first type of fear is "Fear of the Lord". Ang ganitong takot does not necessarily mean to be afraid of something. Ang tawag dito ay "banal na takot". You treat someone with a lot of respect. It is a reverential awe of God, a reverence for His power and glory. In other words, the "fear of the Lord" is a total recognition and awareness of all that God is, which comes through knowing Him and His character.

Ang "Fear of the Lord" brings with it many blessings. Ito ang ilang mga verses sa Bible that tells about it:
Psalm 111:10, "It is the beginning of wisdom and leads to good understanding".
Proverbs 19:23, "Fear of the Lord leads to life, rest, peace, and contentment."
Proverbs 14: 26-27, "It provideos a security and a place of safety for us... It is the fountain and life".

Kaya nga, napakahalaga na ating taglayin ang "Fear of the Lord". However, the second type of fear mentioned in the Bible is not helpful at all. Ang tawag dito ay “spirit of fear” na binanggit sa 2 Timothy 1:7: “For God has not given us a 'spirit of fear', but of power and of love and of a sound mind”. Ang "spirit of fearfulness and timidity" ay takot na hindi nagmumula sa Diyos.

We all have this fear. Too often, though, we let them rule over our lives and stop us from taking a stand for what we know God wants us to do.
But the choice is ours.

Susuko ba tayo at magpapatalo sa ating mga takot, or will we stand up for God in spite of those fears?

If we want to overcome fear that is pulling us down, we need to clearly understand the benefits of choosing to stand up for what God wants.

Ito ang ating mapapansin, If faith grows, fear also grows. Every time we give in to a fear, it becomes more intense.
Fear grows every time we refuse to do what God wants us to do.

So, ano ang ating gagawin?

Early believers faced all kinds of persecution and fear.
Ang book of Acts 4 tells us a story of Peter and John kung paano nila hinarap ang takot habang ipinapahayag nila si Jesus ng may boldness, sa gitna ng matinding opposition.
Kaya't silay nag-pray ng ganito:
"At ngayon, Panginoon, tingnan ninyo, pinagbabantaan nila kami.

Do not give in to it. It is to move forward boldly in spite of it.
By God's help, we stand up to the fear. Spirit of fear does not respond to logic, so our only chance to get rid of this fear is to trust God and face the fear.

Huwag natin kalilimutan ito: God will not part the water in front of us until we take our first step.

Let us take a step in faith, and watch fear collapse as God guides our steps.

As I wind up with this insight, let's take a heart searching questions:

"In spite of the fear Try to take A STEP OF FAITH!"

Dear Lord, we prayed to you and you answered us. You freed us from all fears. Sa halip na ang "spirit of fear" ang gumapi sa amin, ang "Fear of the Lord" ang nagbigay sa aming ng security and safety. Thank you Father- God, for having the "Fear of the Lord, we have a victory over the "spirit of fear".
Thank you God, in Jesus' name. We give you all the Glory, Honor and Praise. Amen.🙏🙏🙏

God bless you all and your whole family! 🙏🙋🥰🤟
Take courage and enjoy the day!🙋🙏😀❤️

Spiritual Insight:

A blessed day to all!🌤️👋🙏🙋🥰

When we encounter problems, the first thing we do is to worry and sometimes we blame others for it.
Even when we do stupid things in life, God can use it. Even when someone hurts you, malign, disrespect you, insult, cheat and deceive you, he can use it.
Even when a storm comes, an earthquake, tsunami, pandemic, and other calamities and even the devil's scheme to inflict bad things on us, God can bring good out of it.

What’s the purpose of our trials, hardships, problems and difficulties? God wants us to learn something.

But if not, God will bring it up again in our lives. It will come back, because God is more interested in our character development than he is in our comfort.

Sinasabi ng Lord sa'yo, "Be still! Hold firm! Don't give up. Be strong. Grow up."

(2 Corinthians 4:17).
May the Lord take good care of us. 🙏

******
Father God, thank you for helping us to make it through this difficult time. Help us to understand the reasons why we are at such difficulty.
You’ve carried us through the uncertainty of deep waters, through the flames of trials, and through the pain of hard losses. We are constantly aware of how much we need you, your grace, your strength, your power working through even the toughest days. Thank you Father for teaching us, in Jesus' name we pray, amen. 🙏🙏🙏

Good morning po sa inyong lahat!🌤️🙋😊
God bless you and your family! 😀🥰🙏🤟🙌
