The agenda of that meeting was clearly laid out by the post of RJ Nieto on that day: "Electoral Protest, Impeachment Cases, the RevGov issue" (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 4).

Mrs Araneta-Marcos, we first met because your family needed our help to inform the public about your side of the story regarding your electoral protest against Vice President Leni Robredo. Let me remind you once again, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, that 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒐-𝑳𝒆𝒏𝒊 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆.

During that dinner, your family divulged to us everything about the alleged cheating that happened. Every blogger in that dinner knows this, Mrs. Araneta-Marcos.

At first, it was just RJ Nieto whom your law office handled because he had an ongoing cyberlibel case filed by then Senator Antonio Trillanes.

Yes it was pro-bono. But I believe it was mutual help. We were helping your family bring to the public details of your side of the electoral protest you filed against Vice President Leni Robredo, which mainstream media wasn't keen on covering. Kung makapagsalita ka Mrs Araneta-Marcos eh parang ikaw lang ang nagbigay ng tulong? Pwede ba, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, TAE ang tingin sa inyo ng mainstream media noon. AND WE WERE THERE DEFENDING YOUR FAMILY FOR SIX YEARS. We were there behind your family noon TAE PA KAYO sa paningin ng mainstream media.

You mentioned in your interview that "I took RJ away." Away from what Mrs Arenata-Marcos?

Again, let me jog your failing memory.

I sued Jover Laurio and Cocoy Dayao for CYBERLIBEL.

Jover Laurio filed a civil case against RJ Nieto and I for violations of Data Privacy Act.

These are two DIFFERENT CASES, Mrs. Araneta-Marcos.

RJ Nieto is NOT a plaintiff in my cyberlibel case against Jover Laurio and Cocoy Dayao.

After I won against all the motions Laurio and Dayao filed since 2018 to dismiss my case against them, we finally went to trial sometime in May 2022.

Atty Tom Berenguer served as my counsel.

As a lawyer, Mrs. Araneta-Marcos, you know for sure that during that first hearing the judge will recommend a “judicial mandated settlement.”

Mrs Araneta-Marcos, as a lawyer, you also know for sure that it is very wise not to say NO to a judicial mandated settlement because the judge would find you arrogant.

So I did what the JUDGE mandated us to do, attempt a settlement with Laurio and Dayao.

On 1 June 2022, together with our counsels, Laurio, Dayao, and I met to find a way to settle the case I filed against them, as the JUDGE in OUR case mandated us to do.

The counsel of Laurio offered to dismiss the civil case she filed against me, as part of the settlement.

I was only asking them to apologise to my mother because she was deeply hurt by their post alleging that I was working as a pr******te in Europe. I decided to settle with Laurio because of her poor health condition and her situation -- she was recovering from stroke and she was having marital problems. Any person with any inch of humanity in them would do that same thing I did.

Now, on 28 June 2022, Atty A, one of the lawyers handling the civil case Laurio filed against RJ and I, contacted me.

These are the exact words of Atty. A's text (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 5):

I called Atty. A on the same day at 1:34 PM.

During the call, I informed Atty. A about the JUDICIAL MANDATED SETTLEMENT that was going on in my cyberlibel case against Laurio and Dayao.

I also informed Atty. A that Laurio’ counsel floated the idea of dismissing the civil case against me.

Atty A asked me: “Paano po yung kay RJ?”

I told Atty A: “Please ask RJ po what he wants.”

Atty A asked me back: “Can you be an intermediary between Laurio and RJ?”

I told her: “Please talk to RJ po if he wants that.”

At 5:33 PM, RJ Nieto called me. His first words were: “Bakit mo ako nilaglag?”

Certainly, Atty A already talked to RJ Nieto. RJ Nieto’s tantrums were surprising to me because it was very clear in my conversation with Atty A that RJ Nieto's consent would be asked so that I could be an intermediary between Laurio and him.

RJ Nieto went full blast with his verbal abuse. Then he hang up.

I sent him a message on Facebook at 6:21 PM.

Here are my exact words (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 6):

And that was the end of our conversation. I never talked to RJ Nieto ever again since that day.

As RJ Nieto told me, I just talked to our lawyer.

So I texted our lawyer at 8:17 PM (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 5):

“𝘏𝘪! 𝘙𝘑 𝘛𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦 𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘰? 𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘑𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳?”

The lawyer never replied. So I waited for the FINAL DECISION of RJ Nieto.

On 18 July 2022, Atty A messaged me (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 8):

On 19 July 2022, I messaged Atty. A (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝑬𝒏𝒅𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 9):

“𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘺, 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘭 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘶𝘴 𝘑𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘓𝘢𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘰.”

Atty. A replied:

“𝘖𝘬 𝘔𝘴 𝘚𝘢𝘴. 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘵𝘪 𝘤𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦?”

I replied:

Atty Achas replied:

“𝘋𝘪𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘢𝘮 [𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴].”

I emailed the settlement agreement to Atty A.

Now, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, these are the facts. How do you think your statements measure up against them? I was communicating with the lawyer you said I fired. Until the last moment, I was asking the lawyer what's RJ Nieto's final decision regarding settling with Laurio. RJ Nieto decided to proceed with the case and did NOT want to settle with Laurio. So papaanong nilaglag Mrs Araneta-Marcos? Paki-explain po sa amin? At saang part po yung I fired my lawyer?

I will leave it up to lawyers to assess what happened here. And whether the judge in my cyberlibel case against Laurio and Dayao has any jurisdiction over RJ Nieto, who is NOT plaintiff to the case.

Facts are NOT on your side Mrs Araneta-Marcos. All you have is your saliva.

As for karma, Mrs Araneta-Marcos, you are using this concept wrong. You are rich enough to pursue a more sophisticated education on worldviews, such as Hinduism, which is the source of the principle of karma. Sober up.
