You know what's unhealthy?
It's when you're awfully worked up and stressing out about what's healthy or unhealthy and not having any flexibility. Then more stress and increase in cortisol levels, not good for the body not to mention the mental side of these things. π

For the last time, our bodies especially our brains prefer carbs for fuel. Eat that damn carbs! (about to have some toasted bread with peanut butter and strawberry jam with sliced bananas and chia π€€)
