MECHANICS:
1. Raffle Coupons will be given to all our valued customers for free upon check out. One raffle coupon per room only. Participating branches are: Queensland Hotel - Lahug Branch, Q hotel Mandaue Branch, QLM MAMBALING Branch & QLS - Sanciangko Street Branch.

2. Raffle Coupons must be filled out completely with Name, Address, Contact Number, Age and Signature.

3. INCOMPLETE entries will be automatically DISQUALIFIED.

4. Raffle Draw will be on January 21, 2022 (Live at QLM page).

5. Deadline of submission of entries will be on January 18, 2022.

6. In the event that a winner will be drawn twice, the prize with the higher value shall be awarded. A winner can only win once during the raffle draw.

7. Winners shall be notified via phone call. Their winning ticket numbers and name (if authorized) will be posted on our page.

8. In claiming their prizes, winners must present the raffle ticket containing the winning number together with a government issued ID with photo & signature. Information on the raffle coupon must be the same with the ID presented.

9. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

10. Registration and Processing fees for the motorcycle unit shall be shouldered by the winner.

11. QLM Group have the right to verify the authenticity of the winning coupons to deny transactions deemed fraudulent or dubious.

12. All employees of the QLM Group, participating sponsors and their relatives up to 2nd degree of affinity & consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
