Starting with assisting progressive postings in municipalities and barangays as well as team validation in cooperation with the ARPT of Toledo Cluster, Ms. Lycil Inso accompanied by the field validation team of Atty. Maria Divina Gracia Fernandez.

This initiative not only ensures that assistance reaches those Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) who truly need it but also strengthens trust and transparency in government programs. This SPLIT Project in particular seeks to observe and gather valuable data about the actual status of tillage and other aspects in relation to the Collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA) issued by the Department of Agrarian Reform.

The dedication and collaboration of all involved parties continue to be instrumental in the success of this crucial process.

𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗬, 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔, 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗘𝗕𝗨

What a week!

Seeing hopeful smiles and feeling the gratitude of the community makes this project worthwhile.

The team was able to witness firsthand the positive impact of their efforts after the successive field validations in different Barangays. Along with the supportive MARPO of Moalboal Cluster, Ms. Elinore Soledad Lumasag and Atty. Maria Divina Gracia Fernandez, who both led the productive and progressive discussion of the 𝙎𝙋𝙇𝙄𝙏 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙅𝙀𝘾𝙏 with the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).

Through this, the ARBs were able to identify and address any issues or concerns that needed clarification during the validation process to ensure that the project's goals were met and to provide the beneficiaries with the support and resources they needed to continue their sustainable livelihoods on those lots that they tilled.

𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗗𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗚𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Another day of field validation was completed in cooperation with Moalboal Cluster's Agrarian Reform Program Technologists (ARPTs), Ms. Gracia Sarcol and Ms. Marilen Payusan, along with the 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 (FVT) of Atty. Maria Divina Gracia Fernandez. The team visited several barangays to conduct interviews and gather necessary information under the SPLIT Project.

The Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) were able to provide valuable insights and data from their respective communities. This data was instrumental in creating effective strategies for land distribution and sustainable development in the area. Additionally, the ARBs were able to identify key challenges and opportunities for improving the land that they till and cultivate. Ultimately, this collaboration will lead to significant improvements in the overall quality of life for the farmers and their families.

The collaborative effort between MARPO of Moalboal Cluster, Ms. Elinore Soledad Lumasag, and the 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 (FVT), led by Atty. Maria Divina Gracia Fernandez and the team conducted a validation with the DAR Cebu Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARB's) under the project 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 (SPLIT).

The purpose of the field validation was to verify the accuracy of land parcel boundaries and ensure that the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries are indeed occupying and cultivating the designated areas. This aims to facilitate the issuance of individual land titles to qualified beneficiaries, promote the security of land tenure, and empower smallholder farmers.
