📌 Alternative Learning School (ALS)/ Philippines Education Placement Test (PEPT)
1. ALS/PEPT Certificate

1. Certificate of Transfer Credential (in the absence of CTC, student must present a proof that he/she is already filed for transfer i.e Claim slip)
