* 3-days replacement basta walang gasgas(AYAW GARASI) at proven factory defect ang phones of any units,No visible physical damage cracks , scratch , burn parts , water damage ,stains and other marking warranty don't cover unit been abused in any form (LCD,HOUSING, memory card, battery and accessories no warranty) improper input of voltage , misuse or improper installation of firmware that has been upgrade or downgraded.

We only allow replacements only on the corresponding period given to the product(3days) afterwards it will only fall under service warranty (depending on the item purchased) . Pack only the item, enclose a letter containing all necessary concerns towards the product. - For provincial customers AND For metro manila Customers , please provide the waybill number OR THE TRACKING # for the returning item. SHIP IT TO US VIA LBC. Once we receive the item we will then send it to our technical support team for the repair. For warranty support, allow seven days for check-up and diagnosis.
- After the diagnosis has been completed, if you would like to continue with the repair ,it takes about 2-3weeks for the repair to be done
PLEASE NOTE: Some units which needs replacement for parts shall take longer since the parts/material required has to be ordered. For this instance, we only shoulder the labor installation for the material required.50% deposit guarantee is needed for this procedure AND THE OTHER HALF PAYMENT WHEN THE UNIT IS ALREADY FIX
