Surfing Ilocos, Philippines Ilocos Sur is one of the last areas in the Philippines to be discovered as a major surfing destination. north swell and south swell.
It is common for us locals here to be the only ones in the water surfing empty line up's and perfect waves. It has kilometres of scenic coast that are constantly pounded by swells from 2 angles.
