Internal Medicine Clinic by Dr. Prince Sydrey Ibrahim will be opening soon.

The following are the clinic rules for the new normal:

1. Clinic hours will be 9am- 4pm on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cut off is 4pm. There will be no clinic schedule for Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

2. For appointments you can contact us thru FB messenger or text message. Consultation is on a first come, first serve basis - unless for emergencies. Please get your priority number and have your name listed by the secretary.

3. If you have fever, cough, dyspnea and colds or with history of travel outside Cotabato you will be instructed to have RT-PCR done. Be honest and have integrity all the time.

4. Please observe social distancing while in the clinic premise- we will ask for your contact number and ask you to come in or be ready if it is near your turn to be examined.

5. Temperature checks will be done for all.

6. No mask, No face shield, No entry

7. Please sanitize before and after consultation.

8. No companion will be allowed inside the clinic unless patient needs assistance.

9. Please tell your problems and concerns when scheduling an appointment.

Your cooperation is very important. This is not only for our protection but also for you and the other patients.
