Congratulations to Sabanganon athletes who were able to join the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association or CVIRAA. The Sabang National Highschool misses you and we are very proud for all of the achievements that all of you achieved, it doesn't matter if you lose, as long as you guys learned a lot and realized how to master your potential that is more than enough. We can't wait to see you! Thank you for representing Sabang National High school.

Common misconception about drugs is that it will make you successful.

But No, Illegal Drugs will ruin your life. There are many examples of drugs and these are:

Using illegal drugs can make you drug dependent, drug overdose and drug addict.

It can give you different physical and mental effects, both can be short or long term.

Always remember that drugs are not the answer.

Today April 25, 2023, the Danao Adolescent Health and Development in Service- DAHDS visited Sabang National Highschool despite their very busy schedule. Their focus is to educate the youth about our country's social issues, they call it "Heart To Heart Talk"

H- HIV/AIDS STI AWARENESS
E- EARLY SEXUAL ENCOUNTERS
A- ADOLESCENT SEXUALITY
R- REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
T- TEENAGE PREGNANCY

They made the students understand these certain topics, and how it is very essential in life to be knowledgeable about s*x education because most of the teenagers that are experiencing teenage pregnancy lack s*x education. Being knowledgeable about this can help prevent and combat s*xual abuse, s*xual violence, and s*xual exploitation.

Always remember the ABCDE of HIV.

“Once you say NO to S*x, You say YES to your Future.”
