Growing up; I watch my Mama bake in our kitchen. And everytime I get the chance to be part of her baking I never let those opportunities pass me by. My participation in my Mama’s baking and cooking way back led me to my love for preparing desserts and food. Ever since then I have always envisioned myself owning a cafe.

Other people find refuge from stress by going to the beach, reading great and timeless books, spending time with their friends, or eating good food to relax their minds; I on the other hand feels the same towards baking. Even if I am in the verge of breaking because I lack experience, knowledge, skills, and I feel unlimited pressure in the process of preparing the food, I still find it rewarding and relaxing in the end.

Being a single mom of two adorable kids, I am blessed to have such a supportive parents who sends me to schools who offers baking and cooking workshops to enhance my knowledge and skills. I wouldn’t know what I know if it wasn’t for my parents supporting my eagerness and passion to expand my learnings in this field.

I struggled in coming up with a catchy name that would linger into the minds of people but after a while I realize “why not name my small store after two people I love the most; my kids KCEE and GABI”. So KceeGabi Desserts came to life but as of the moment it will be just a simple and small desserts made from home.
